Suitable for all skin types, the rechargeable Mia Smart uses sonic oscillation technology to cleanse skin and loosen dirt, makeup, and oil. In a test, it cleansed long-wearing makeup approximately six times better than hands and helped to increase absorption of skin-care products, leaving skin feeling softer, smoother, and more radiant looking.

Clarisonic has become a gold standard in skin care with breakthrough sonic beauty devices that offer multi-functional solutions for cleansing, the appearance of aging skin, and even makeup application for all skin types.

The Mia Smart includes two cleansing modes, plus a Smart mode to run all applicators and routines. And you can connect to the Clarisonic app via your smartphone to upload custom skin-care routines. And this bundle includes the Radiance brush head, the Firming Massage brush head, and the Sonic Awakening Eye Massager too.

How do I use it: Attach brush head to the device and moisten with warm water. Tap off excess water to avoid dripping. Turn the device on and select speed. Starting at the forehead, begin cleansing following the T-timer prompts. Gently move the brush head in small circular motions and keep the bristles flush to the skin. Spend 20 seconds cleansing the forehead, 20 seconds cleansing the nose/chin, and 10 seconds cleansing each cheek. Pressing too hard will impede the motion of the brush and reduce effectiveness. Mia Smart will automatically shut off after one minute. Rinse skin thoroughly with warm water, or wipe off face with a cloth and pat dry.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from So Disappointed Not even two months after having this it isn't charging anymore. This wasn't a cheap beauty product and now I'm stuck with spending even more on something else. I've never had an experience like this with anything I've purchased from QVC. Very disappointed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from HAPPY WITH MY ORDER This is great. As long as I use a good soap this removes that all day wear foundation. If I was to wash by hand it takes twice as long to remove my foundation.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality, now made in China. My Clarisonic mia smart that I bought at the end of 2018 is ready for the trash, like so many that other customers bought. It stopped working for no reason. It barely vibrates and the sonic power does not go through to the brush. And it is charged. I think I know why. In 2017, the company decided to outsource their manufacturing, and laid off many of their American workers in Washington state. The first Clarisonic that I bought Years and years ago is working fine. It was made in America. This one that broke after less than a year is made in China. Chinese manufacturing for the United States produces low quality stuff. I have seen it time and time again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Mia 2 Please bring it back QVC. This device is awful. Thanks, a customer who’s ready and waiting for the return of Clarisonic Mia 2.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing deal, but have to charge it more often I love this thing. I've had it for a while now, so I've gone through many charging cycles and I have a good idea of how this goes. The app was recently re-launched, so I have a bit of a harder time finding the 'routine' I want, but if I look, I can find it. Because the routines are longer (using the firming attachment) it does eat the battery up faster, so you have to recharge more often. I haven't had the same 'it-doesn't-charge-problem' that others mentioned. The eye and face attachments are pricey on their own, so this is a great value set. Try the makeup blender attachment they make for lazy mornings when you don't want to go to the effort of blending your makeup.... love that thing :)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Leary I have bought 2 clarisonics with the charging base. Both quit charging. I agree with all the other viewers who want the original back!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE LISTEN TO US!! Your return customers are dwindling. I'm too afraid to buy a third. Most of us don't have money to waste.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So glad I made this purchase. I previously owned the original Clarisonic and it was still working, but I wanted to upgrade to the Mia. Love it. Works well. Charge lasts a long time. It feels so good when I clean my face after my daily walk, that I want to use it over and over again. I am thrilled with the product.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from "Smart" aspect sucked. Stopped working. I am in my mid 20s and I have normal skin with an oily t-zone. My skin is very slightly sensitive and I am acne prone (cystic, fungal). I purchased this on QVC an the launch day and used it for a little over two months after I received it. I had been using the VP Spin Brush with the silicone head for awhile and wanted to treat myself to my first Clarisonic for my birthday and see if the hype was real. I was very excited about the app. I had no trouble syncing my device to the app, meaning the process where you put in your lot number and such. However, most of the time I found that it would not be connected and record my usage properly in the app, even if my phone was right next to it and I resync'd over and over. I also found the app pretty clunky and not well developed. I was disappointed but let it go because I was so impressed with the actual cleansing it was doing. I used it every day once a day until it needed its first charge (after the initial charge before first use). I put it on the charging base and left it overnight. Went to use it the following evening, and it turned on for a little bit but faded then wouldn't turn on, and the red light flashed. I figured I hadn't set it properly, so I checked instructions and tried again that night. Same thing happened the next morning. I tried setting it another night, and made sure the light indicated it was properly connected, however it stopped turning on at all. My guess is that the device was water damaged as some water may have gotten inside through the little hole at the end of the handle. As a background, I had bad experiences with another cleansing device, which I replaced 3 times, years ago where water would get through a small hole and damage the device, so since then I've been very wary of taking my devices into the shower; I only used the Mia Smart at my sink, never getting it soaked and making sure I didn't get the handle under the stream of water. I dried the device after every use and set it on its side on a dry surface. I also used it every day and didn't just let it "sit under my cabinet" like another reviewer claims. Unfortunately with that, and after seeing similar feedback online from other users, I had to return the Mia Smart and I claimed a refund. No device this expensive at the start, and with the upkeep of repurchasing brush heads, should be having these problems widespread. I could have understood if mine was a dud, and I would have replaced it since I enjoyed it so much, but it obviously is a problem more common than is acceptable. I purchased a used Mia 2 after this experience and have used it for months since. I can see why it has a cult following; the cleansing action is more powerful and reliable than the Mia Smart. I love it. Especially after experiencing Mia 2 I would never recommend the Mia Smart to anyone. I think Clarisonic fundamentally missed the mark with this launch and I don't think it can be fixed.
