Chocolate-Cherry Port Wine Fondue

- 1/2 cup heavy cream
8 oz dark chocolate
1 oz cherry brandy
1 oz port wine
1/4 tsp almond extract
Store-bought brownie bites, for serving
- In a small heatproof bowl, add the heavy cream and dark chocolate. Melt gently over a barely simmering water bath, then use a whisk to combine until smooth. Whisk in the cherry brandy, port wine, and almond extract. Pour the liquid into a fondue pot to keep warm. Serve with brownie bites for dipping.
