Perfect Gift
Individually wrapped (great because of Covid pandemic), bill to, ship to, easy pay, good balance of variety.

Broken cookies
I really love these cookies but can’t tell you how many times they get to my door broken. My last order I wasn’t even told it had been delivered. Found out when I went into UPS to send something out. The box had a big dent in it and I knew the cookies would be damaged. When I did open the box there were about 15 cookies broken out of 48. I don’t blame Cheryls but someone should reach out about this issue. Not the first time this has happen.

I ordered Cheryls cookies at Christmas. They were wonderful..Soft, creamy frosting and a great variety. I ordered this batch of Snack size to give for gifts and what a disappointment. They didn't taste fresh at all.

These cookies are good but the icing is hard and I didn’t receive the advertised assortment. I received 8 of the buttercream frosted chocolate chip mini cookie but NONE of the frosted devils food cookies. And the chocolate chip mini cookie has a weird after taste. Disappointed I wasn’t able to try them all!

super sweet morsels... too sweet
Small cookies with super sweet icing that leaves that sugar-sweet can't get it out of your taste buds feel. Cute looking for Easter in a basket and since they are single packaged it works great. In fact, the best part of this cookie IS its packaging.

What?
I'm so disappointed in these cookies which are normally great! Three orders to family and myself all were dry and cracked with hard pieces of buttercream frosting breaking off the cookie. Always looked forward to gift giving with these cookies. The boxes had a hard road getting to their destination all crunched up and bent. Sorry to have to share ...but I would like Cheryls to know we might have been sent old cookies.
