Carolyn Pollack Sterling Silver Simply Fabulous Gemstone 32" Necklace is rated 2.8 out of 5 by 12.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amethyst color saturation is great! I agree with some reviewers, when the stations are backward, you can hardly notice them, but when turned forward, WOW, the color is there. I bought in Amethyst and Turquoise. I prefer smaller, daintier looks in jewelry. I paired the Amethyst with an Or Paz triple-strand necklace and the look is SO attractive. The length is perfect and it's not too heavy. Glad I got these and on "last clicks" even!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pretty strand for pairing with other pieces Before deciding whether to buy, I read all the reviews, many of which stated that the piece was small and unnoticeable. But since I like smaller jewelry, I thought this might suit me. I chose the turquoise, since it has an eye-catching color, no matter how small, and I have other pieces of turquoise to wear it with. If that piece was satisfactory, I might buy more. Well, I am very happy with it. Yes, the stones are small, but they show on both sides, even if they flip over. The silver work is small, but intricate. The price is reasonable. The problem is that I don't want to stop with one. The more of them you buy, the better they will look when worn together or paired with other jewelry you have. I purchased at clearance price, so I hope the inventory lasts long enough for me to collect a few more colors. I have found that my satisfaction with any purchase (jewelry or anything else) depends on my anticipation of what the items will look like. If you read the specs and know the size of the piece, and if you like small, delicate jewelry, you will probably appreciate this item.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not an "Alone" Necklace. I knew what I was getting into with these necklaces, and in fact bought them to "Frame" other, more substantial, pendants. Yes, the stones are small, so they ACCENT what they are framing, instead of competing with it. I bought the turquoise and blue topaz, and like them both. The turquoise is a beautiful blue, with no matrix, and the blue topaz is a deep London blue. I bought mine for about $100.00 each, which I thought was reasonable. I would not have bought at full QVC price. I deducted 1 point because when the necklace turns, the stones are not easily visible, but it still looks nice. I would not recommend this to most people I know because they would not pay that much for it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from DISAPOINTED & OVERPRICED I looked at this necklace for a long time & the hype on the video. Fell in love with it but after reading all the reviews (which I strongly agree with) decided to wait. I continuously kept checking the status/reviews & when the price seemed reasonable I bought one in Citrine. It arrived defective. The chain is not properly attached to one of the gemstone stations therefore, making it not lay right. It is a lovely necklace if you like small, dainty chains. I mean small. You will need another rolo chain to wear with this or another just like it. I would recommend it as a gift only if you like very small, dainty chains. I will be returning it tomorrow & not getting a replacement. This chain should be made larger all around to be noticed. I agree with Pricey that this chain is not any value & should cost one third of the price.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed.......... I ordered 2 necklaces.....citrine & peridot. I was disappointed because you can hardly see the gems & they are only on one side of the station. Sometimes, you do get what you pay for.....they are going back. Sorry, Carolyn....

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice layering piece. Dull stones. This makes a nice layering piece. The stones are dull, don't catch any light to speak of, and only show on one side. The setting for the stones covers the stones on one side. It's a nice pattern but it means you are kinda just wearing sterling because at least half the stones are turned the other way.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very pretty but not same quality I finally received this yesterday after being on the wait list and returned today. I noticed 1 of the turquoise stones missing before I even opened the bag it was in. It was not even loose in the bag. I liked the look of the necklace but the quality of the piece was not there to support the price.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Overpriced I got the blue topaz. The stones are very tiny, when the necklace turns you can't see them. For the price, I expected more than I received. For the price, the value wasn't there so I sent it back.
