Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Perfect Assist Device for me, lightweight, it folds and its newer style. Its funny now but I could not seem to put it together, until I figured it out, the way they ship it and put one set of wheels on product where it does not belong. I guess they do that to save shipping space but if I had figured that out quicker or was told I could have put it together less than 10 minutes! ANYWHO I LOVE IT

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Well put together This product is extremely well made. I have very little muscle strength which makes it harder for me to lift in and out of the car. Unfortunately I will have to return.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Received used product I purchased this product for my mom and am very disappointed that I obviously received a used product. This item arrived earlier than I expected but did not include all components. There were no instructions, storage or bonus cane as indicated on the box. Two wheels were on the area where the arm bars are located. I wrote this review as I will be contacting QVC to determine how to return this product. There were no return labels either. I am still interested in the item so I will see if this Company can provide the item that was advertised. My rating is currently based on not receiving the items that I purchased.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Had problems with assembly, but I love it. Love it but it did take me almost an hour to put it together. I'm very good at assembling but this walker almost had be stumped. For the most part, the instructions are useless (not enough detail). I had to rely on the picture to figure out what went where. I agree that I did not need tools. But, the worst part was that I had to have my husband help me. If you are the person using this walker and you are the person putting it together, I would advise you to make sure you have help available. Assembled, it's lightweight and the wheels are located far enough apart to help with balance. Other styles I've tried have the legs too close together making them "tippy". Don't let the assembly stop you from buying this product. I did it and so can you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One of the smartest purchases I ever made!! I simply love this walker. It has made my outings so easy. I use public transportation. Folding it, is a breeze. It takes up very little space. It doesn't weigh much. On a crowded bus, you can still use it for balance (folded) to move along until you get to an area where you can open it up again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just what I needed! I am very surprised by the quality of this product. I have seen many items like this that do the same thing, but they have a very uncomfortable seat and backrest. It feels as if you are barely perching on the seat instead of sitting when you need to. I have a bad knee and back. When I walk, I need to sit down quite often to kind of let my back kind of bend the other way for a minute or two and then go on. This chair gives me freedom to go where I want. The seat and backrest are very comfortable and the wheels are large enough for most terrains. One tip.... when you start putting it together you have to remove the wheels that are attached for shipping because they are in the wrong holes. It's easy to put together, no tools needed.
