Reviews & Community QA

Canon EOS Rebel T6i Digital Camera w/ 18-55mm Lens & Wi-Fi is rated 2.8 out of 5 by 4.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everything I expected This is my first DSLR camera. Before purchasing I watched countless video reviews and tutorials online to determine its quality and if it won't be too difficult to use. If you get this camera and choose to toss the manual and not learn how to use it to fit your needs, you're missing out on the features of a great product and it will make you frustrated. I love it! Charges in 2 hours, great quality, the viewfinder shows your current focus points(square dots) highlighted so you know what's being focused on, and you can tap to focus on the touch screen like a smart phone. Check out some videos on it. After a few hours of learning to use this camera, you'll find yourself turning away from the Auto(point and shoot) function and going to M(Manual) and tweaking your settings to your own needs. I definitely recommend this to those who are interested in photography and willing to learn.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible shots I bought this camera as a back up for my 60D. Terrible camera, takes noisy pictures. At first I thought it was operator issues, but after 6 months I had a professional use it, he too had the same issues. Unfortunately too late to return.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice Camera I purchased this camera about a year ago. I previously had a Canon T5 and Nikon D3200 and decided to upgrade to the T6i. I have taken photos of several basketball games, dance recitals and baseball games. I have gotten very good pictures. The more I learn to do with the camera, the better my pictures get. I also like the wi-fi feature. When my son won the state championship, I was able to upload great pictures to social media while we were still in the gym! My mom also has this same camera and she enjoys it as well.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lousy camera I brought this camera to a wedding. Thankfully I had a backup camera with me. Long lag in shutter release. Missed many shots. Don't recommend at all.
