Icky Sticky stuff
Icky Sticky stuff! I sent it back with another (related) item in one box. Each item had a return form. QVC received the box, and processed related item, and charged me again for this icky sticky foam. I called Customer Support, and had a Terrible experience (which is unusual) with a representative(Courbet?): he did not really tried to help me locating the item (while I have a proof that they got it), nor was he willing to connect me to his supervisor,he was telling me stories that he does not know his supervisor (? really ?), or that there is a group of supervisors that will only reach out in 4 hours from unknown number. What??? He really did not pay attention to what I have to say and that really upset me. I am a regular shopper and, considering how much I spent monthly at your site, I would expect greater customer care! REALLY disappointed with the product, but mostly with customer care (or a lack of it)!
A word of caution to all shoppers: IT IS NOT EASY TO RETURN stuff anymore!

I've been searching for a product like this. Even put it on auto ship. However, I remember her rubbing it in her hands saying it wasn't sticky. Welll, it is sticky. Can't believe she said that. So, used it a few times, it was ok. Can was only opened maybe week and a half or two weeks when I shook it, there was water in the cap. Couldn't figure that out. When I sprayed it it was loosing it's foam and becoming more liquid. Wiped it down and took it out to use it the next day and it was the same thing. Obviously it doesn't last, I won't be buying this product again!!

Fabulous!!!
I purchased this about a month ago from a tv special. WOW am I impressed. My hair never looked so good (well at least, in the past 5-6 years, as I’m aging).
Can’t wait for stock to come back in....

Dont waste your money!
This product is terrible, it was too heavy!
Made my hair flat & no volume at all!
Very dissatisfied & too much trouble to send it back. In the trash it goes!

Not good on my hair
This product is expensive and was not nearly as good as hair products I can buy at Sally Beauty or local stores.
I have fine hair and I tried using less and using more. Same results--no fullness or volume. Available at Sally Beauty, I recommend Generic, Volumizing Root Lifter (compare to Matrix Wonder Boost).

Did not work for me
I listened to the entire story about this product on QVC TV, and ordered it with great hope that it would perform as was described. I was hoping for some body and control for my listless hair. I tried numerous times, but I might as well have used "air". There was literally no effect.

Feels so good
I have thin, fine hair that is getting thinner with age. I started using this product as instructed and my hair feels so good and each use has made my hair feel thicker and easier to manage. Love it.
