To update your account now, please go to Create a New Password. You must first sign in using your email address and existing 4-digit PIN. Or, on QVC.com, select the Password option from the My Account page. Then complete the simple steps to create your new password and security question. Please keep in mind that you’ll still need to use your 4-digit PIN when placing orders through Automated and Text Ordering. If you're using QVC for iPhone®, QVC for iPad®, or QVC for Android™ apps, be sure to install or update the most recent version in order to sign in with your newly created password.
