Best Ever
Simply put, the best food processor we have ever owned and that includes Cuisinart, Kitchenaid and Robot Coupe. I do urge new owners to take some time to learn how to use the Breville food processor and do take care to hand wash the parts after using.

The unit has performed flawlessly, is sturdy, relatively easy to clean ... pretty much covers most preparations for two person household without a hitch.

Love it, but it breaks
I love the functionality of this, much better than the Cuisinart in many ways. But the bowl has broken in a few places, as well as the plunger, and replacements are not forthcoming. They really really need to change a few things, and it would be perfect. If this becomes unusable, I'll reluctantly go back to the Cuisinart because things don't break.

Broken blade & no replacement
One of the blades came off in the middle of cooking only after owning and using the machine for 2 years! I had my previous machine from a different maker for 16 years before it was time to be replaced. I understand things happen, but the more frustrating part is that I have been trying for months to get a replacement blade but to no avail. Nor have I been able to reach someone regarding a replacement after having tried calling at least 8 times. We have now been through 2 holidays of hosting families and were unable to use my machine which was disastrous, let alone daily cooking. Very disappointed.
