Bose SoundTouch 300 Soundbar w/ HDMI Cable and Universal Remote is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 34.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from I would return but it costs to much Experience is the best teacher. yeah i read the reviews and said to myself for the price this has to sound good. I'm not gonna say not to buy because you have to hear for yourself. I would send this back but it cost to much and its heavy. Bose use to be one of the best. Then like every one else they cut out the quality that people expect when purchasing the brand then nickel and dime you to death to get the sound you want. I really thought this sound bar would have wayyyy more bass. NOT. I returned the bose solo 5 sound bar and opted for this one thinking it would sound so much better. and have more bass... NOT. Unfortunately now i have to spend more money and purchase the bass module. After adding the bass module and it still does not sound good I am gonna be so angry and very disappointed. For the price it should have way more bass and more options to adjust your sound bar they way you want to. OMG. I'm embarrassed when people come over and see my bose and hear it and say cant you adjust the bass and i have to sadly shake my head say NO.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not work with Sony Bravia Before you buy this take a look at reviews online about how you can not get sound with Sony tvs. In fact just type in Bose 300 soundbar no sound and you will see all the problems that it has. I would think a high end system would work with a high end tv, but noooo.... don't spend the money

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No Base On the box that the soundbar came in also shows 2 base speakers, but the soundbar is sold without them. Why?. I was very disappointed because the soundbar sounded weak. As much as the soundbar cost, it should have included the speakers. It cost too much not to be able to experience the sound of the base.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bose is where it's at This soundbar sounds amazing. I couldn't believe the reviews that said it provides sufficient bass without a subwoofer but they are absolutely correct. I have since also purchased the subwoofer just because when watching movies, I do want the "thunderous" bass. However if you live in an attached condo or apartment you may even get noise complaints with just the soundbar. It's also easy to hookup to your tv and I didn't have any trouble at all. The only negative truthfully is that it doesn't have a treble level adjustment which I wish it did. It also looks sleek and modern when compared to other soundbars that produce comparable sound levels. Bose packaging also definitely prevents it from being damaged during shipping(top notch packaging) which is a must. Yes it's expensive but nobody is forcing you to buy it. For people who swear other brands are better I say so what! That's your opinion. Glad you're happy with yours and I'm definitely happy with mine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Purchase!!! Used for an older woman who is partially deaf. She could barely hear our regular Tv volume but with the Bose Sound Bar she can hear Everything! Including a pen drop on the floor from a tv show. She loves it!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I can hear dialogue...FINALLY! This soundbar was an upgrade for us and what a huge difference. I can hear everything I want to hear, especially the dialogue. I would like to get the other speakers to complete the system but I’m just so enjoying this alone, I’m not sure if I need it. As one reviewer mentioned, Bose can be a more user friendly product especially at their price point. Setting up the remote was a little confusing. There’s gotta be an easier way to connect all the gadgets to the remote. Just sayin it would be nice if there was a way to scan all those steps to the remote :) All in all, my family has enjoyed the quality sound. No regrets on the purchase.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great Sound, Not User friendly Ok first definitely great Bose Sound, very enjoyable. Here the reason for a fair rating. Especially looking at the price this sound bar is not user friendly. First of all one never knows what the volume is. There is no indication what so ever using it with your TV. There is absolutely no on screen menu everything is a guessing game or One has to hock up a computer to the bar to look into further details .... really ...... could truly go on and on. So again for the price not acceptable. At this point not sure if I will keep since it truly is unacceptable not knowing what the volume level is.
