Don't buy from qvc
This mascara is great but for some reason the one on QVC is beyond dried out brand new. Many others have had this problem it seems.

No mascara there
The mascara is so dried out there is actually nothing - zero - mascara to put on your lashes. Just a dry brush. Absolutely ridiculous to sell something like this. It reminded me of the emperor’s new clothes. Do NOT buy. Unless all you want is a brush. That does nothing.

Disappointed
I ordered this product because I had a sample in my IPSY a bag. This full size was dry, I could not get enough on the stick to use on my lashes. I am still using the small sample and it is great. Not sure what is wrong with the full size tube. I plunged the brush in and put multiple times in an effort to get the mascara flowing, never did. Won’t buy this again!

Love it
this mascara is one of my new favorites. It's really good for thin lashes, it makes my bottom lashes look really full and thick without looking clumpy. With most mascaras, I need to reapply coats throughout the day, but this one stays on perfectly...

Love it from a dept store...
Don’t buy from QVC!! While I can still apply some to my lashes it is clearly old and slightly dried out. QVC makes it difficult to return as they never answer phone or email.
Do try a fresh Smokey eye from Bobbi online or a store, it’s the best.

Tube I Received (in TryItLoveIt Box) was dried out
I was excited about the TILI Box I ordered...but this element of it I was sorely disappointed in. I had it stored for maybe 6 months before using it but I had not opened it prior to using; I don't feel it should have been this dried out. It was nearly useless--i threw it away after struggling to complete 1 application.
