What happened to Black Hills Gold?!?!
I saw this ring on Gold Day and ordered it as blue topaz is my birthstone. First of all, when I opened the box, I had to look twice to even see the stone. It's small and very light in color---washed out--and nothing like the picture shows. The picture shows that it's more like London blue or at least a darker blue topaz. NEXT-- this ring is no where NEAR 3/8 inch wide-- it's more like less than 1/4 inch wide, which is narrower than described. The ring feels thin, flimsy, and is more like a pinky ring than one that can be worn every day. Therefore, this ring is going BACK. This is TOO much money for a flimsy, almost clear stone that cannot be seen under the gold swirl. I have the garnet ring and diamonique ring like this. I held this one next to those and there is NO comparison. SOOOOOOOOO disappointed in the quality and looks of this one. I would never recommend this ring to anyone unless you want to throw away money.
