Nice product
I cancelled this wrench only because it was ordered on 11/28/20 and on 12/4 after tracking the package noticed the package was on its way to my home post office but later on in the day it was on its way to another state. I called customer service and it was reordered and should have been delivered on 12/21/20 but it is still stalled ln shipping.

BETTER THAN ANY OTHER WRENCH USED BEFORE NOW!
We needed a wrench to break down the Worx AeroCart and the Wheelbarrow Wagon Kit. Needless to say, the original wrench that came with our purchase from Worx was misplaced and we want to break the cart down to prepare it for the snow plow. This tool is better than we expected. The ease of use and precise attachment to nuts and bolts is phenomenal, Highly recommend this product.

Not A Clue?????
I ordered two of these on November 28th still not here. They gave me a tracking number said they are shipped..Not shipped at all still sitting there said it is a pre shipping number ..Its now December 5th. I have this happening with at least half the orders I place with QVC that I'm waiting on. They all have tracking numbers but they have not been shipped at all.I have had orders returned that never reached the town I live in...I have orders I have never received they don't have a clue where they are when you call them and they try tracking them. So they say they will resend them .I am done ordering from QVC once I get if ever my orders from them. I'm sticking with Amazon I get everything in two to five days from Amazon .How they can be so fast and QVC takes almost two weeks if you ever do get your items...Hope I receive this, I ordered two. I think they are taking order by the thousands but do not have any of the products ready to fill the orders.

never even shipped
the Q has fallen to an all time low. so disappointed. was suppose to receive on 10/24. its10/29 and STILL has not even shipped. im going out of town for a few months and am having to eat the cost of a 98.00 order for these things because the Q will not cancel my order. integrity is at an all time low as well. did management change????????
