Bethlehem Lights 9' Sitka Spruce Christmas Tree is rated 1.5 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Charlie Brown Christmas Tree Horrible waste of money. Tree looks fake, is skinny, and you can easily see through the "branches." Such an embarrassment that we ended up buying a new tree, which was a tough pill to swallow since this one was $600. QVC refused to offer any refund. Overall, terrible experience.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I'm Paying For What? Our tree is still under warranty and one strand of lights on one section of the tree didn't come on this year. We contacted Bethlehem Lights and they kindly sent us a couple of free light strands to use until Christmas is over, then return the tree to them for repairs. However, the customer must pay the return shipping costs which amount to $75, plus the effort to cram the tree back into the box. I don't know what you would use if you don't keep your Christmas tree box - my husband kept ours. I believe Bethlehem lights should pay shipping on a tree that is still under warranty. Probably won't return it at all and avoid buying another tree from this company.
