Good But...
I have had my beats for quite some time and have taken veey good care of them. After a few years the inside of the ear starts flaking off. So badly that when ypu remove them their is white stuff all over your ears. For the price they should be bettee. I know they can do better. I will stick with my Bose.

This Product Performs Like Its Refurbished
For the first few weeks they worked great. And the sound quality was and still is great but there has been a constant Bluetooth disconnection between these headphones and any device I use it with. I've used it with both android and Apple devices but the results are still the same. I've only had them 6 months and never dropped them prior to the disconnection problem beginning. And I can't seem to get any tech support from either company.

Within a year I'm looking to replace this product! Headphones are ONLY used 3 times a week an the charger will not charge the headphones!!!

Great!
My son loves them. We ordered red but QVC sent white. The sound is great. The only downside was that we had to purchase a extra adapter to be able to use on the IPhone XS Max.

ONLY for APPLE PRODUCTS
I gave this one star because this will not work properly with any other device unless it's an Apple product. I didn't realize it until I received the package and was about to open the box. It says so on the box. Sadly I have to return because my boyfriend has an Android :(

Very Disappointed...
Very nice at first, but without a year, the part that goes over the head crack and now one of the sides doesn't have any sound..for the outrageous price I should last way more...i will never buy this brand again...i will stay with Apple or Bose
