However! we will be extremely hesitant to ever order another pair of Beats from QVC, as the product arrived without the cable cord. This should not happen especially when QVC was aware of a history of customers experiencing this and further advising them to contact the manufacturer or return the product. No 'wow!' customer experience there, simply disappointing. QVC please remember, Customer Service, Accuracy & Prompt Resolution FIRST! Keep your customers happy by requiring perfection regarding shipment of a complete product, as most purchases are GIFTS!!! ...way to ruin a great gifting experience. Rated 3 out of 5 by from Leather coming off earphones after only 6 months The sound is great but being only 6 months old they should not be coming apart. They are expensive head phones for this issue to be happening. I am going to be contacting Beats to see if there is anything they can do. Rated 2 out of 5 by from Ouch! These were a Christmas present for my teenage son and I was sure he would LOVE them. He put them on an declared they hurt his ears. I thought for sure he didn't really give them a chance. I mean they are Beats! So my husband stated he would use them then. He took them to a 6 month military training school and came back and said "these are the most uncomfortable headphones I have ever used!". I still didn't believe it so I used them for my Master Degree videos. Yep! They are painful. I think the music sounds ok but I can't focus on the music when this things are pressing my ears into my head and giving me a headache. I really wanted SOMEONE to love them for the prices I paid but sadly we are past our return date and no one will use them.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Warranty Worthless These were a Christmas present for grandson. Worked for 4 months & then no sound from one side. He loves them & has taken great care of them, but the warranty from Apple was worthless. I returned them for repair and they did nothing but send them back to me. Very sad. I won't buy them again.
