Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth it I purchased these as a Christmas present for my 16 year old son. He was so excited and took really good care of them and then about 6 months later one of the sides didn't work anymore. I took them to an Apple store, they sent it in to see what the problem was and wanted more to replace them than I originally paid for the ear phones. They assured me that it wasn't wear that damaged them and it wasn't a factory defect. So I left them at the Apple store and I bought him a pair of Bose.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Short in Wire Purchased as a Christmas gift for my grandson in 2018. I asked to use them and he told me they were shorting out and he could not hear from both sides. I thought they could be fixed but after reading many of the poor reviews, we decided to not do that and buy something else.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Works enough to pay off This headset worked good up until a few months after paying off easy pay. The rubber around the wire started fraying and coming off and is now down to bare copper wires. My husband is in electronics and said not to use them. We are looking at a different brand now. For the cost of these, it would be nice to have it hold up on something as important as a wire and more than 6 months!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Falling part in 6 months! These were on my daughters 2018 Christmas list. I was so excited to find them on QVC. When she opened them we were all wonderfully surprised at the quality and the sound of these headphones...fast forward 6 months later and they are falling apart. The headphone part, the foam, is falling apart and coming off the plastic area. I am so disappointed, as before she had a pair of Sony's, for two years, with zero issues. We just liked the sound quality better in the Beats brand. I am going back to Sony!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible headphones Just got them paid off on 6 monthly payments, the plastic headband snapped in half just above the left earphone. I have also had problems with poor connection with the cord. It is very sensitive and the sound cuts out on one earphone from time to time, you can jiggle the cord a little and it would be OK for awhile. It is worthless now!! Not a good value!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from cheap bought this product, with square trade warranty, earpiece plastic housing falls off within 7 months of purchase, square trade refuses to repair and tells me to contact Apple since it hasn't been a year as is under warranty. Apple refuses to repair because I didn't purchase apple care from them. what a mistake.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Worked for about 4 months These headphones were a Christmas present for my son. They worked great for about 4 months, then no sound at all. Luckily Apple support is amazing and after setting up an appointment they will be sending me new head phones. Hopefully the new pair last longer than a few months.
