Rated 4 out of 5 by from Please make this in a smaller size! Bag is so cute but needs to be smaller. Looks a bit ridiculous on a 5'4 person. Returning.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Almost perfect, but had to return I'd been on the hunt for a large-ish sized purse that was lightweight, convertible, and nice looking. This bag ticked all those boxes, but I was a bit hesitant to order this bag, as the straps weren't adjustable, but ended up ordering it anyways because I couldn't find another convertible backpack whose design I liked as much. I got it with the intention of using it as a diaper bag and purse; the size of the bag is wonderful, it's lightweight, aesthetically really nice, the layout's great, basically those aspects are perfect. The backpack-to-purse transition is seamless and a cool design. In the end, though, I decided to return this bag because the straps in backpack mode were just way too long, and that made it uncomfortable. The length of the straps is fine in handbag mode, but without the ability to adjust the straps, they're stupidly long in backpack mode. Baggallini could have easily put tri-glides on the straps to make them adjustable. Thicker straps would have also been more comfortable, although I'm not sure if that would be possible with this particular design.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice Functional bag I am a great fan of the Bagallini back packs. I bought this because I wanted another color. The phone pocket fits my LG G5 very well. There are enough compartments for me. I don't know why a previous reviewer said the bag constantly falls open. It has never happened to me. You don't pack these to the hilt. I can put a tablet, a small umbrella and water bottle it it. My toggle fastener holds great. I also like the zipper pocket that is against your body for security. My only complaint is I wish the straps were a little thicker. They are a bit skinny and will dig into shoulders if you pack it too heavy.. Love how it converts to a shoulder bag.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great concept! Love the concept. Most efficient bag for my tablet I've ever owned. Quickly converts from backpack to shoulder bag. Im an interior designer and use it daily as I visit construction worksites, as a handbag for quick access, as a backpack for running around. Straps slide smoothly through the rings for effortless conversion. The interior is roomier than the previous version, so it fits my 10.5" tablet perfectly! The twist closure stays closed better previous version, but could be improved to be even more secure. Very sturdy and dirt repellant. A bit disappointed that the exterior zip pocket is vertical -it needs to be horizontal so stuff doesn't fall out. I love the variety of compartments, interior zip is more secure, but the twist clasp gives quick access to other compartments. The curved top shape is a bit odd but not a deal breaker. Would love to see a more square version. Love this bag.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from great bag, bad tab Bought this new for a 3 week trip to India. Great convertibility from shoulder to back pack. Item labelled as including inner purse, but none available despite higher price. Front toggle inadequate to keep bag together even if only moderately loaded with camera etc, toggle slips horizontal and bag falls open constantly. Keeping inner zippers completely closed helps prevent this a bit but bag continually falling open, toggle too loose, ineffective. Phone compartment too small for LG3 cell, needs zipper to close securely, not just snap as phone can slip up and out or be easily removed/stolen while using as backpack.
