Really wanted to like these but...
These are nice quality pants that you can dress up or down or wear to the office. That said, I should have listened to the other reviewers who pointed out that these pants flare out by the pockets if you have hips. I got a medium and while the pants fit me and felt comfortable, the outer part of the pocket flares out and didn't lay flat. Since it is not just me, this is a design flaw. I really wanted these pants to work but sadly, I cannot recommend them.

Runs small
These pants run small and the pockets puff out when you have them on. The material is quite nice but heavy and not good for hot Florida weather. Even too heavy material to wear here in the winter. So, back they go. This was my first time ordering Brooke Shields clothing and is the last

Classic, elegant fit
I love these pants. They are a classic fit. Most modern-day pants cling to the butt and hips then flare. Not these pants. They are cut straight from waist to toe giving them a very elegant and upscale look. They are so classy that they could be worn to Buckingham Palace. Plus these pants are weighty and not flimsy...they are just right. Thank you Brook Shields! You got this design and construction right for us girls who do not want clingy, body-fitting pants. Please add more colors like a dark brown and a darker navy and even white for the Spring.

Great fabrication, execution not so much...
I purchased these pants in black (size M) the first time they aired and I love the fabric. The black is a true black and not washed-out looking, which is difficult to find on the Q. They have a cool hand and feel like another pair of pants I own from another brand, which costs considerably more. The weight of the fabric is perfect; no lumps or bumps!
The waistband is perfect and does not roll or cause muffin top. Thank you for not including the seams and faux rear pockets, which do nothing more than add bulk and visible lines when wearing finer gauge fabrics. This single detail alone sold me on the purchase!
My only issue with the pants is the execution and fit. Please redesign the pockets to flatter women who carry weight in their hips. I love the depth of the pockets, but they stick out and add inches to your profile. The pants are a perfect fit, so sizing up would not solve this issue.
I am 5'4" (size M) with longer legs for my height, and I have to wear flats with these pants. A regular inseam should be 31". Since these are offered in three inseams, I am not sure why they shortened the regular length so much. Typically the difference between inseams is 2". Quality pant with great fit and classic style
First let me start by saying that I waited to write a review until after completing several laundry passes. My normal routine is to wash, fluff and then hang to dry. The waist band has not curled and/or twisted. I ordered the 1X and the style is flattering with the wide-leg being just enough to balance my belly/hip area. My body type is fairly proportionate if that helps. Personally, I could have done without the pockets but I know that is popular with a lot of women. The material is soft with a great hand and just enough weight to allow for proper drape if you want dress an outfit up with heels. I have also worn these pants with a button down white shirt, sweatshirt and sneakers simply because they are that comfortable. The waistband is not binding at all which is always a concern for me since I live in scrubs and always go for comfort.

Very Pleased!
I'm not really a wide-leg-pants-kind-of girl....but had to try these. Really glad I did!!!! Fit is perfect (yay!!), they wash well, love that they have pockets, the waistband is great (just wide enough so it doesn't 'dig in') and really appreciate the weight of the ponte knit. I'm still not sure I'm into wide leg pants...and would love it if these were made in a slightly flared leg....I would definitely purchase those.
