Ayesha Curry 9.75" Porcelain Enamel Nonstick Chef Pan is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 64.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice pan, but Glass lid NOT included! The description of this 9.75-Inch Porcelain Enamel Nonstick Chef Pan with Pour Spouts states "Includes 9-3/4" chef pan and glass lid", and that needs to be corrected, there is NO lid, glass or otherwise, included with the pan. That's why I'm deducting one star from the review. There are a few reviews that mention a lid but I noticed something when reading all those reviews. Many of them are for different size and style pans, not for this specific 9.75 inch Chefs Pan, so don't assume the lid must be included because a few reviews mention a lid. Most of the reviews were collected from the manufacturer's website, not from QVC customers. I must be one of only 4 or 5 reviewers whose review wasn't "collected as part of a promotion" but at least there's some helpful information included in all the reviews. The handle does get hot but there are plenty of ways to deal with that problem. Other than that, and not having a glass lid as advertised, it's a very nice pan and just the size I was looking for. Pretty color too. Now to dig through my "spares" box to find a lid that fits...

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love everything but the handle I've been using the potset for about 3 months now and I love them! The clean up is easy. And the nonstick is great! The only thing that bothers me is the handles on the pots. They get really hot after awhile.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My New Chef Pan! Right out the box, this chef pan is excellent! I love the color, her signature and the diamond nonstick coating. After I hand washed it, the first meal I prepared was ground turkey for some sloppy joes. Come to find out, I didn't need any oil. Somehow, the cooking process cooked enough fat from the meat. When it came time to drain, Ayesha gave me pour spouts. Thank you. I haven't cleaned it yet, but that may be a breeze, too. Hey, Ayesha, can you make a 3-quart Porcelain Enamel Nonstick? Your cookware is fabulous!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It is a nice pan with good weight to it... It cooks food evenly, the teal is a really pretty color, plus it is really easy to clean. I like the chef pan. I am glad I own it. This was my first Ayesha Curry piece & it was well worth the money. I just wish it had a lid.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Skillet! Love this skillet! It's a lot lighter than previous large skillets I've owned which is a big plus. I really like the color and style of the pan. The nonstick surface does a really nice job and I haven't had any issues with food getting stuck. My only quibble is the metal pan handle gets hot when on the burner for awhile, but the trade off is that the whole skillet can go into the oven up to 500F for baking dishes in the pan which it otherwise wouldn't be able to do without the metal handle. Easy solution is to just use a potholder or a silicone handle cover when using it on the stovetop to and accidental burns. Overall a really lovely skillet and perfect for making large meals for the whole family. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I need the whole set now! Not only is this skillet beautiful but is also the most functional cooking pan I've ever used! It sits flat and steady on the stove, almost all my cheap pans lean because of the weight of the handle and won't cook evenly. This does not do that! I was so thrilled to have my food evenly cooked and didn't have to over cook my food to ensure it was all equally done. I LOVE the teal color, it brings some life, fun and cuteness to the kitchen without being overbearing in Orange or pink! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cute and easy to clean The teal color is on-trend, the finish is easy to clean, and the pour spouts are a nice feature. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Omelet pan ever I have been using the Ayesha Curry Pan in Teal for about a month now. I love it and plan to buy the full set. Favorite features: --Easy pour- the easy pouring on the sides are great for getting liquids out of the pan. It worked great for one dinner meal where I had to get gravy out of the pan and on the plate. --Unique Circular Design -The pan mimics a stock pot in the sense that the sides are larger than the base. Because of this design it is more of a pot than a skillet. It lends itself to a variety of meals. So far I have fried chicken (the oil didn't splash over the side, I have seared shrimp beautifully, I have made the best and easiest omelet ever (no sticking even without oil). The pan is very good at allowing even cooking. --Nonstick Coating- I like the coating all around the inside of the pan. The design in the bottom of the pan has made for creative and interesting textures to my pancakes and omelets. --Look- The teal color is really nice and would like nice in any kitchen on a pan rack or stacked nicely in cabinets. Even leaving the pan on the stove it draws attention to itself. I have had at least two visitors ask me about the pan because of its unique color and pan/pot design. --Use and Wear-it has been a month since I have owned the pan and it still looks new and washes so easily Tips: Be careful not to turn the fire over medium because the bottom will stain (I have one spot when my little one turned the burner up without me realizing) Also, only use silicone or similar materials in the pan. I by habit used a metal fork to turn over shrimp and scratched the bottom. Complaints: My only complaint is that I wish it came with a lid allowing me to cook a wider range of foods that need to be covered. Also, after the pan has been on the heat for a while the handle can become warm to the touch. This is important for those like me who can forget to keep oven mitts handy or have little ones near the stove. Therefore I use only the back burners for no [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
