Terrible quality
I previously had a Cooks Essentials pan like this that I loved but, after many years of use, finally wore out. Because of the lifetime warranty I knew that I would be able to get a free replacement, but they no longer had one like mine, so I had to get something comparable. So I bought this. First off, it is super lightweight....but not in a good way. I also chose this because of it's lifetime warranty, but once I got it home it was only for manufacturer defects. It scratches easily, and I only use plastic and silicone utensils. It does not cook evenly. You almost have to cook on low or medium-low to keep your food from burning. I will have to buy a new one soon. I really hate this pan.

Quality pan and extremely easy to clean!
My family has been using this pan for several months. I have to say I am very impressed. Not only is this pan a lighter weighted product than I usually cook with but I love it! It cooks evenly and it is so easy to clean. It is by far the easiest pan to clean in my house. This pan gets used a minimum of 4 times a week and it still has maintained the same ease of use and easy clean-up as the first use. I will be buying more of this cookware soon! I did purchase this pan as an employee of the company and I'm proud to say it is a new favorite.

Fantastic Pan & Cleans like a Dream!
The capacity this grill pan offers is terrific. Enough room for 6 burgers, 4 6oz. Salmon filets or 4 steaks. The even heat distribution cooks food perfectly and the clean up is fantastic. Just running it under water cleaned the mess right off. The high sidewalls is also great for larger pieces of meat. I am always a bit leery to grill inside however, I actually truly enjoy it with this pan!
