Rated 3 out of 5 by from AUTHENTIC GOURMET 60 BUTTER CROISSANT - are okay I'll keep them, but will not reorder. I will cancel my reorder. It's a real hit or miss with food, I think I'll let the rest pass me by. I like the Patagonian Shrimp and the Salmon, the rest, never mind. Like others have said there was some packing issues. Some dry ice was still there, the outer packaging was ok, but the inner zippered bag was torn. Had to transfer to another bag. Split the 60 among 3 food saver bags, and 1 zipper bag.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Delivery is terrible I have not had the privilege of having the product yet. My 2nd day air package got to me on day 6 - thawed and a giant dough ball. The bags inside the styro package were broken and the pastry was a giant dough ball that was exposed. I am not sure why the interior packaging was broken. I think there needs to be some quality control and a conversation with UPS. My order sat locally from Friday morning when it arrived in the Denver area until monday afternoon when it was delivered. Now they are only maybe available on waitlist. Big disappointment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best croissant I have ever eaten in my life!! I put 6 frozen croissants on a parchment lined baking sheet and put them in my Wolfgang Puck air fryer on 350 for 20 minutes and they were glorious perfection. I melted some french butter with a little local honey and drizzled that over the croissants. OH MY GOSH these were divine!!!! I was skeptical that they would be worth the money but even so ordered them on auto-delivery and boy oh boy I am ever glad I did. My husband and I inhaled these delectably warm, crunchy on the outside, melt in your mouth on the inside croissants. The first thing my husband said after he finished his off was I sure hope you ordered these on auto-delivery! Next we are going to try them with a good chocolate drizzled over the top with some homemade amaretto laced whipped cream. OH MY!! If you order them, you will definitely NOT be disappointed and trust me if auto-delivery is available you will be sorry if you don't get it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Packing issues I lucked out, mine arrived dry ice completely melted and the clear bag inside the printed bag was torn open. HOWEVER, croissants still frozen so I was ok. Cook exactly as directed and you will feel like you are at a Parisian Patisserie--delicious!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Glad I chose the 60! I saw presentation and wanted to try. Forgot I had previously gifted a friend the larger ones. Sure I would have liked the larger size, but Oh My are these delish! They are about 2.5 bites, a bit larger than a crescent roll. I am a bread maker and have dabbled with butter recipes so know that these are the real deal. They puff when they bake but are as soft as pillows. Will absolutely order again. BUT I would suggest you open the bag before putting it in the freezer so you can zip lock them. The box had dry ice and the outer bag was fine. But when I went to take a few out to bake, the inner bag was ripped and all 60 buttery doughs came falling out at me. I would have been vastly disappointed if I had not been able to catch them all.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from POOR PACKAGING I have seen these presented numerous times on "In the Kitchen with David". I decided to purchase them as a TSV. When they arrived, the bag was open and the croissants were loose all over the dry ice. I immediately called customer service and they issued a refund to my account. Customer service is always good. Sadly, I may never get to try these.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Please describe your product I am really upset with the way QVC has been describing their products. The products do not get described accurately. They are more interested in telling you the colors of the product rather than describe the product itself. I have ordered the “classic” croissants 3 times and they send me the minis. Sometimes I actually get the large. The Classic were sold first, then they started to sell the different flavors. On their package they list the classic, mini, mini with chocolate, etc. Why don’t they say they are the minis! I even called customer service and asked them if they were the minis or the regular size. The operator told me they were the big ones. I went back to check how they worded the product previously and sometimes they said classic, sometimes they said mini and sometimes they say large. Very deceiving! They didn’t have the weight in the description, only the total of the entire bag. I wanted them for sandwiches for Thanksgiving and now I can’t because they are to small. IS THE Q GETTING TOO BIG? I have been shopping with QVC for over 30 years. I will be very selective if I ever order again. I will always question if I’m getting the correct item. Even in the video they look like they large ones. I am very satisfied with the product, if I receive the correct item.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from ACCURATE & TRUTHFUL INFO NECESSARY. These croissants are so good. I have ordered many times (probably 4 times). However, with Kerstin's last presentation, she presented these comparable to the ones you buy at the market. I checked the info online, but the ounce amount was not listed. I did check the price/croissant and thought since it was Christmas the price for the large one might be cheaper since Kerstin kept saying they were comparable to the bakery ones. So I ordered them. 60 MINIS ARRIVED. REALLY CAN'T USE THESE FOR MY PURPOSE. Accurate and truthful information with many of your hosts would be much appreciated. CAROLYN GRACIE IS THE MOST HONEST, TRUTHFUL, AND INFORMATIVE HOST ON YOUR SITE. COULD SHE BE HIRED TO TEACH YOUR OTHER HOSTS? I THINK IT WOULD BENEFIT YOUR GREAT ORGANIZATION. Thank you
