Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed Not sure if this is a shipping issue. Croissants arrived stucked together. They break if you try to separate.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Packaging needs to be redesigned Last week when I received my auto-delivery order of these croissants, I was shocked to see that the "individually frozen" croissants, were just one big glob of frozen dough. I was unsuccessful in separating them, even after allowing the glob to thaw a bit at room temperature. It was just one big mess and I ended up throwing It away. I declined a replacement and received a refund. After the fact I decided to try again and I received my order yesterday. Sadly, it arrived in the same condition as last week's order. In the past, I received orders of these croissants in both hot and cold weather and never had this particular problem; perhaps one or two pieces would be stuck together here and there but not frozen altogether and formed as one. (The outside temperature was in the 20s/30s in my area on both days I received these packages, and for both orders, dry ice remained in the containers.) I don't know that weather is a factor. What I do know is that individually frozen items are not supposed to require attempts at prying them apart. The whole idea is for convenience. In light of my recent problems, I have appealed to customer service to notify the vendor of this matter.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Tastes Great...but! These arrived in the middle of a 95 degree day! Suffice it to say there was no dry ice left when I opened it. These are not individually wrapped and they stuck together to create one big ball of dough! They need to create better packaging...back they go! 2 stars because I know they taste fabulous.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed I really didn't want to say anything bad about these croissants...I mean they are good. However, they are much different from the ones I bought a year ago...the shape is different and they usually open up too much...they taste good, but I won't be ordering again..sorry!
