Thought this hat would be so stylish when having a bad hair day. BUT, this hat has an odd fit .Too big. No way to size down. (Most well made hats have string adjustments for sizing).this hat does not! So loose, If a good wind would come about, trust me, off it would go!! If you pull hat down for snugger fit you lose the shape/style and really it still wouldn't be wind proof.... Truly an odd fit... Can't imagine this hat fitting anyone correctly. Hate paying shipping cost of return but better than paying entire price of something I can't and will never wear!!! I've been a Q customer since the mid 90's but have finally decided I'm going to really put the brakes on of future ordering due to shipping costs really starting to mount.

Smells terrible
The hat is nice looking, but smells really bad. As soon as I opened it , my eyes liked what they saw, but I quickly noticed a bad smell put the hat to my nose and was in total disgust.

Disappointed!
Hat does not have any form or structure once received in the box all smashed up!
Totally ridiculous for the price! Could have purchased 2 locally for the price and had better quality! QVC do better with shipping items!!!!
