Rated 2 out of 5 by from Battery Life I purchased these (4 inside plus 2 outdoor cameras) a few months ago. The installation was easy and the cameras work well. HOWEVER, The battery life is horrible. The system came with batteries, which are very expensive and an odd size (3.7v). Had I have known that they were odd sized, I would have not bought them. They didn't even last 2 months before I had to change all of them. I have since then bought 20 batteries and a charger ( $100+) and have to change them about every month. This is very inconvenient and people should know the batteries they will need.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from ArloPro I have to say it's got real good picture quality. Just wish it would go out further and have a wider angle. The speakers on the camera themselves could be a little louder. And it said of the siren going off on the home base I think it should be on the camera itself.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great System I love this system even though its only a 720 resolution. Easy to set up and use with a PC, Phone or tablet. It even works with the Amazon Fire with Alexa. Purchased in April 18 and had a battery go bad in December. Called customer service and the had a new battery here in 3 days free of charge. Looking to buy 2 or 3 more cameras to max out the system ( up to 5 with no additional charges to have cloud storage). Picture quality is fine for 720 (Pro 2 is 1080) and can be adjusted to save battery time. These cameras can be powered with a power supply and eliminate the battery altogether. PS's are available with long cords(10' - 20'). I placed one on the soffit and powered from the inside garage recepticle. Software is good and easy to use.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dissappointing - junk I thought this Netgear product would be the perfect solution to a simple home monitoring system. If you check online for feedback, you'll see that basic operation is unreliable. Andriod and IOS users are equally affected by software issues. The latest is the security notifications are not forwarded to your devices! This is a universal problem that makes this device worthless. Look elsewhere. I wish I did

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Didn't work long at all I purchased Arlo with 2 cameras from QVC (not sure which configuration) but now, just a few months later, we can't get either battery to charge. The charge never lasted very long at all, even from the beginning, so guess I should have returned them at that time. I did like the pic the small amount of time it worked. Way too much money for just the little time we had to enjoy them. They spent far more time being charged than they ever did providing security for us.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from very disappointing When I first purchased these security cameras, they worked great. But it is less than 3 months that I have them. All of a sudden, they are not recording the video. I called Arlo. For days, they guided me thru numerous steps, including disconnecting the cameras and bringing them in & reprograming them. But to no avail, the condition worsened. In the meantime, Arlo, keeps sending me emails to upgrade the system. Is this a ploy to buy their cameras??? And, then charge for continuing using them.. If so, using them is not free. There is a monthly charge to keep them enabled. When buying the cameras, I was given the understanding that the cameras would work indefinitely without charges. But, apparently not so. Has anyone that purchased these cameras, had the same problem. If you did, please let QVC know the problems... These security cameras are great if they contine to work, but they are giving me lots of problems. Also, the batteries don't last even a month. They need to be recharged every 3 or 4 weeks. That is not good. Thanks for listening....

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nothing but trouble Grainy picture, pink picture, no support thats really informative, only community forums question and answer type between other purchasers. The pink picture is a huge deal with many, only info found says to reset device, nope doesnt work. Deliveries get up to my driveway in a blur before camera can even start to pick it up. Total waste.
