Arctic Expedition Puffer Jacket is rated 3.4 out of 5 by 9.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from I really like this; warm enough for me I really like this jacket. It is plenty warm enough for me. I wore it with long sleeve shirt in 40 degree weather. Below freezing it was warm enough with a wool sweater or a Barefoot dreams hoodie. The snaps at the waist are great. And, it is packable! Sale price makes it worth it. I bought it in black so it goes with everything.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I LOVE THIS JACKET!!! I don't understand the bad reviews at all!! This jacket's only flaw is that it is not that warm, but that's QVC'S fault for not properly stating just how lightweight it really is, but everything else is top notch. I ordered this in fuschia in 2X (my current size) & in Red in XL, because I'm slowly losing weight & this was reduced to clearance & selling fast. I received the red jacket yesterday & I could zip it up, but not move in it since it's a bit small for me, which I expected. But my goodness, I love this jacket!! It's super soft, squishy, & silky. The fit is very flattering in me too, not as bulky & square as I imagined! It just glides right over clothing & skin, & feels so luxurious!! The best part is that the color red has a cool orangey coral undertone & it makes my complexion just glow!! I'm very fair complected, with blue/pink undertones, & light to medium brown hair & that "red" is MY COLOR! (I actually have a few favorite lipsticks that shade too!) I loved it so much I came back today to get the red in 2X so I can wear it now!! This jacket is very well made & the sleeves are long enough for me at 5'11". I wish the other colors were still available, but my wallet probably doesn't! I highly recommend this jacket. Just remember it's not for freezing weather unless you layer a lot with winter weather clothing! Like wear a fleece, or sweatshirt hoodie underneath & turtleneck. I'm very happy with the jacket just the way it is though. It's perfect for Western New York's Spring & Fall. Global warming has given us warmer winters too, so this lightweight coverage is great! Also, when I've worn it out, it'll make a nice cat bed liner!! Hope this helps!! Happy shopping!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great “Extra” Jacket Option This coat was a LTS for $46 and change and I decided to purchase it as a piece to have on hand for future wear. I read the reviews and saw some that said it wasn’t a very warm jacket. After watching the presentation, I didn’t expect to wear it as my winter coat. So, I went for it and bought a size large in the pink. I have been wearing an XL these days but I sized down because I plan on wearing this next Spring / Fall and since I’m losing weight the fit will be perfect by then. I tried it on and it fits but its tight around the hips. I could wear it open with no issue and it fits around the chest. I’m 5’6, 255/lbs and a 42DD. This is a thin jacket so don’t expect to wear it on a 3 mile walk in 35 degree weather. Its more of an early Spring time jacket. I’m happy I purchased it at the price I got it for. Its a nice colorful addition to my jacket wardrobe.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not Warm I bought this coat it should be a spring jacket. I wore this when it was 40-50 out I was cold I’m glad I had a scarf and hat. I bought another coat by this same manufacturer and it was warm. I also believe it’s to much money and it makes a cracking sound. I gave it a 2 stars I liked the color

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointing and Defective! I am shocked this coat comes from Arctic Expedition. I own their winter parka that was a TSV, and it is high quality. This jacket is not. I gave it one star for the nice orchard color. I finally had to return this jacket, because the cheap zipper was faulty (opened up after zipping). And when I went to put my cell phone in an inner breast pocket, it fell through to the floor! Neither breast pocket was sewn at the bottom. Additionally the outer pockets were unlined and so very thin, I was afraid they wouldn’t support the weight of my cell phone. Artic Expedition cheapened their brand with this one.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Just MEH I received this jacket in the blue, and I fell in love with the color and jacket as soon as I opened it. Then I unwrapped it. I was a bit put off by the “crinkle” sound that the jacket made when ever I moved. Putting the coat on, crackle crinkle sound, bending my arm to zip, crackle crinkle sound. Sounded like plastic. I have other packable jackets similar to this and they don’t make this crackle noise. I also wouldn’t have been happy with the fact that the length of the jacket beckons for a 2-way zip for wearing and sitting ease. I returned it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Didn't keep me warm at all I took this jacket for a test drive yesterday in D.C. On the train platform where it was in the 40s, I was so cold. I was cold on the train. When the temperature hit the high 50s and I was in the sun, it finally was okay. I was zipped up and was wearing a scarf and gloves all day, too. If I had a scale of 10, and the warmest coat in the world was #10, I would give this a #2, just above a windbreaker. All that being said, the jacket was very well made and the red color was just great -- bright and saturated.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from very cute! I am pleased with this jacket since it is unbelievably lightweight yet warm. The orchid is a gorgeous color, and it looks great on...many compliments! The medium fit me well and I'm 160 lbs. However, If wearing something bulky underneath, the large might be better. The negative is when sitting down, it is tight at the hips so has to be pulled up to be comfortable. So I can't keep it zipped when driving. Also when zipped all the way to the neck, the zipper pokes my neck uncomfortably.
