Product Quality Seams to Have Become Inconsistant
When I first got on the auto ship program for this potato crusted cod it was great. Cooked it in my air fryer. The fish was nicely seasoned and crisped up during cooking. Some where along the later part of last year it started to become inconsistent in quality. Some of the fish was less seasoned, mushy, texture was different and with bloodlines visible even though deveined. Began to wonder if Anderson was using a different source of cod. I was hoping it would go back to how good it used to be but it does not look like it for now anyway. I am canceling my autoship

Very Good!
Put it in a pan with a little evoo and came out crispy and DELICIOUS!! No fishy taste, super fresh fish and nice portion size. Very expensive but good quality product.

not crazy about these
I baked these in an air fryer, could not get a crust on them. The taste was good really, but did not bake like fish from this company at all. They had a smell, but taste was good. I won't buy them again, I want my fish crispy.

Not good product
Was disappointed in this product. the crust was soggy no matter how cooked.

Delicious and very healthy
Love everything about this product.
1) individually wrapped
2) easy to cook one at a time
3) high protein
4) low fat and sugar
5) delicious
Hard to find frozen food that is delicious AND healthy, but this one knocks it out of the park.

Potato crusted cod
Very disappointed in this item! Followed cooking instructions the first time. Fish was mushy. Tried cooking a little longer second time and still not satisfied. Love my fish but truly disappointed in this purchase.
