Stopped Charging
I bought two of these for my son's, the charging port broke in the first one within 5 months. And just last night the other one just stopped charging all together. A huge waste of money and now I have to turn around and purchase something new and more durable.

God Daughter Approved
My God Daughter absolutely loved this tablet. When she received it at her birthday party all the other girls were overlooked and forgotten about! Her parents were thankful they could finally reclaim their phones back. She has had it for about 3 weeks now and no complaints. She has a cute little backpack that she wears with it.

must be refurbished
I would recommend this tablet, but not from QVC. The tablet itself is fine, but does not fully charge. I started charging, checked on the product, and just never got a full charge. I called Amazon, and charge time is at the most 3 to 3 1/2 hours. My Fire Ipad from QVC, and HP laptop I bought from QVC, did not fully charge either.
