Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stoppped Working I've had this product since December of 2017. It is guaranteed for only one year and stopped working this month. It started making noises several months ago, but continued to work when I resettled the cannister. Product is not reliable.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leaking Water After Just 4 Months The humidifier initially worked as expected, but has a major design flaw. In order to fill the water, the water reservoir needs to be turned upside down to provide access to the filling location. It seams reasonable at first, but since the top of the reservoir is angled, it cannot stand on its own when you’re attempting to fill it. You need to balance it with one hand while attempting to fill it with your other hand. As it fills it becomes more difficult to hold in place; seems simple, but it’s not. Whoever designed the unit apparently never considered the fact that it would need to be refilled periodically. Now, after owning it for just over 4 months, it began leaking between the reservoir and the base. In my case all over an end table in my family room. I have logged into my account in an attempt to contact QVC customer service to acquire the Humidifier’s company contact information, but clicking on the customer service “email us” link on the Customer Service & FAQs page just refreshes the same page. The “Chat Live” link on the same page brings up a blank pop-up that appears to be attempting to load the Chat information, but never loads. The Customer Service phone number works, but places you on hold then eventually drops the call. I guess QVC customer service is just a rumor.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It's ok I've been wanting a humidifier for a long time and was so excIted to use this. I didn't open the box for a while due to being out of town or I would have returned it. During the presentation of this product, they said it was whisper quiet and you won't even know it's on. This humidifier gurgles loudly at different times throughout the night and wakes me up each time. I'm bummed about it because I was impressed with the features when presented.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Did not last I purchased two of these in December 2018. In February one just completely stopped working . Innovations Customer service was helpful and did replace it . It's now April and the 2nd one has now stopped working. We will call and get that replaced as well but both not lasting more then 4 months is concerning. We were told that getting a replacement uses up the warranty and therefore if the replacement goes bad we are out of luck will not purchase from thos company again

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Slimy guck in the bottom tank! This is my second unit from this company, and I thought I liked them enough after my first, smaller unit is why I purchased this larger unit. I'm glad I checked after leaving it on low for maybe 7 nights as there was slime in the bottom tank, along with an orange slime build-up on the plastic part that sits into the bottom section. They say, over and over this is has an "Antimicrobial inhibitor to help prevent bacteria from growing inside tank" and the "multicolor yuck". HUM. I am a clean person, and glad I am and didn't rely on the sales pitch. As long as I clean it each time, I feel OK about it, but certainly does not stay without the "yuck". Air Innovations needs to re-address this issue, or stop advertising the whole antimicrobial inhibitor comments.
