Air Innovations Do Not Buy
The black and white slimy mold is horrible! I've tried filtered and distilled water but it does not make a difference. You can't clean the tube properly, the top spout blocks with mold. Tired of cleaning it every2 days . I truly believe this is unhealthy to use. Extremely disappointed!!

not happy
everytime i use this there is always water in bottom of base, i have two of these and it happens to both of them.everytime i try to contact them they never answer.it does guve a nice mist.

Only Works For 6 Months
I bought 3 of these. After 6 months they all did the same thing. I turn it on, it beeps 3 times and shuts off. Useless and no customer service to contact . I will never buy again. I would give 1 star but no option for that.

Stopped working after 2 months
Very disappointed. I have an earlier version of this product that has been working for over 2 years and this one stopped working two months after I received it, Too late to return; have to wonder if the quality has changed. Followed cleaning and maintenance directions so that cannot be the reason it stopped working.

Good so far
I had 2 others of these. One is still functional, but the other had to be cleaned weekly, or it would stop misting. So far so go on this one. It's only flogged once.

Not happy; Cant get deminerlization filters
Have two for 2 level home. Great misting, no noise and no mess. BUT qvc says nothing in the sales pitch about the massive white dust for those who have hard water. We have very dry air & must fill tanks about every 36 hrs. Great duration but who can afford to buy that much distilled water?!! Very disappointed qvc mentions nothing about needing the demineraliztion filters.
The "paper instructions" that come with the machine does mention "white dust" and to use the demineraliztion filters if not using distilled water. HOWEVER, I called Air Innovations and they have been sold out literally for months and have NO idea when they will be available. I've been waiting 3 months and still no idea when i can get them for my model.
I know the moisture is well distributed in my home because the white dust is in every room--even in closed cabinets, all over my plates & glasses, canned goods, etc. Had to wash down my whole house! What have we been breathing?!
Waiting on filters its now too late to return the humidifiers to qvc. The easy answer is to include a demineraliztion filter with each machine. Except for the white dust the humidifiers work wonderful, but now are useless to me. Qvc had to be aware of this issue as long as they sold the humidifiers. I've been a qvc fan for >15 years; so-o-o disappointed.
