I want to love these shoes, but I don't have them
I bought these shoes in July. I ordered a wide because some leather is tight until its worn a bit. They were too loose, so I packed them up to return with an exchange for a medium width. That was a month ago. I haven't heard anything and they haven't received them. Although I'm still paying for them (They are just getting ready to bill 3rd payment).
They cannot tell me anything but we don't have them try back. It will be winter by the time I may or may not get the exchanged item and I won't be able to wear them anyway.
And this is why I never do exchanges. I simply return. Then order separately. Very disappointing. :(

Very Sharp Looking Shoes
I originally ordered a size 7, which I normally wear. Had to exchange for 7 & 1/2, wide. They look just like the photo. I've only worn these once, but I wanted to cry before the day was half done. My big and pinky toes were screaming from the rubbing. I'm sad, as I was very excited to wear these, and I'm not much of a shoe fanatic. When I got home I bought some toeless, cushioned socks on another site, and I'm hoping they will help. These shoes are super cute, look great for work or casual wear; they just hurt. I got the snake skin print.

Pretty snake, no support, good price
I had taken a 5 month break from QVC due to the shipping problems. They seem to be resolved. Shoes are a nice look but no support built in. Will need to add an insert of some type. Good price.
