Aerobed Queen Size 16" Elevated Bed with Handheld Pump is rated 3.5 out of 5 by 35.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from So far, so good! We use this bed for sleepovers and just slept on it for 5-night stay in beach cottage. So far, so good -- we inflate it and it stays inflated until we are ready to deflate...does not lose air. Hubby and I slept on it together and it was comfortable enough. In the recent past I did have a smaller Aerobed that developed a hole after a few uses and QVC was great about a refund/replacement...even though some time had passed since the order was placed. I was glad QVC backed their products....because with something like this, quality can be a problem. I'm happy...so far, so good!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from aerobed review I ordered this to have an extra bed when guests are over. After one night the bed would not hold air. Will be returning and see if the replacement is any better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to fill and does not lose air over time Great sleep on this air mattress! Slept on it for a week and did not have to put ANY air in it. Typical Aerobed in that it has excellent durability and comfort. I own several!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Aerobed Stayed with my son and needed something to get off the couch. Bought this and within five weeks the divet in the middle of the bed started leaking. I returned and purchased another brand that didn't have the divets on the top for fear it would leak again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Error Bed Purchased this "bed" when I was in the process of moving and setting up my home. Great at, first, but after a few nights, I woke up practically kissing the floor. I should have just slept on the floor.....never again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worked for 10 days I bought this bed a few months ago because my dog was going to have major surgery and wouldn't be able to get up the stairs to the bedroom for a while, and I wanted to be near her when she came home from being hospitalized to keep an eye on her. I used this exactly 10 nights before it developed a hole in one of the circular indentations on the top of the mattress. I followed the instructions exactly for its use. Nothing sharp ever came in contact with the bed. I was very careful about that. No one bounced up and down on it; it wasn't abused in any way; and it was packed up carefully every morning and put away securely. On the plus side, the bed was surprisingly comfortable and roomy, and it is super easy to set up and deflate. It fills up with air quickly, deflates quickly, and is a breeze to fold up and store away. It's not too heavy for one person to do this easily. On the negative side, over the course of the night, every night since I started using it, the bed became noticeably softer -- not a lot, but enough that you could tell it had definitely lost firmness and air. Usually I would reattach the pump and add a little more air in the middle of every night. The pump is loud. It's supposed to make a higher-pitched motor noise when the bed is full of air so you know when you can detach it, but no matter how closely I listened, I could never hear a change. I'd usually unhook the pump when the bed was firm to the touch. When I inflated the bed last night, I heard a strange noise after I detached the pump. It was air escaping. That's when I noticed a hole a quarter to a third of an inch in diameter in one of the circular indentations on top of the mattress. It is now a piece of junk that I used for only 10 nights. How disappointing. I noticed from the reviews that others encountered this problem as well, so take that into consideration if you are thinking about buying this bed. I expected better quality and more than 10 uses for the money I paid.
