Marjolien and Skylar work so well together and I love the dialogue about the exercises between them. I was getting a little bored (and so was my body) with the same exercises that I have done for the last decade. These 3 videos have set fitness and endurance goals for me and I am absolutely thrilled to have them to do every day. Thank you both. You are a credit to Stamina.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from 3 complete Pilates sessions The DVD has 3 sessions. They all incorporate some advanced(optional) moves so you can progress when you choose. I do like how Marjolen's daughter demonstrates while Marjolen instructs for the most part. I never like a program that switches out the rebounder footbar for the regular footbar and these sessions do switch them, hence the 4 stars only.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good total body workout but a little too fast The workouts on this DVD are very thorough and work all the muscles of the body. I am at the intermediate level in Pilates and have my own home reformer which I love. These workouts are perfect to do occasionally or every day. The only problem I had is that the flow is just a little too fast. There is no time to change springs or position from one exercise to the next. I like that I can do a workout in 30 min but just a few more minutes would help with the transitions.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So glad I ordered this! I ordered a few of the new aeropilates dvds as soon as they became available on QVC. I have started with this DVD and really like it. There are three workouts - upper, lower and core to choose from but while each focuses on one area they are total body workouts. I like the flow of exercises.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Three relatively short workouts on one DVD! I did purchase all the new DVDs as they became available, but I like to do them at least twice before reviewing. Well, I can't say enough about the Total Body Tone & Lengthen. There are three workouts on the DVD, upper body, core, and lower body; but, of course, you're really going to work your core with each one. They all have a warm up and a cool down. Some of the work IS advanced IMO or high intermediate, but you can easily substitute or build up to the exercises. I remember seeing "semi circle" for the first time and I thought there was no way I was ever going to do that. It took awhile, but I can and it is great. I'm in my late 40s now and with multiple injuries (I went through PT and know my limits), but my point is you CAN do it with Marjolein's gentle and thorough guidance. The other cool thing I like is really if you want you could do all three in a row and just fast forward or substitute for the few duplicated exercises, but they aren't exactly the same so still back to back would by your "ultimate" Pilates experience. The set is nice and inviting. Marjolein and Skylar work together to make sure all the important tips are making their way to us via the DVD. The music is kinda cool and not the same music as the older DVDs. All in all, I think this is a unique twist on the movements with three around 30 minute workouts the value is there in so many ways.
