I love the AeroGarden. It is an asset to anyone who loves to cook. I use for herbs and lettuce especially during the winter months when I can't grow in the winter months since I live in the north.

Nice garden, but dud pods
I do love the garden itself, easy to clean and doesn’t take up a lot of space. Small size is better for herbs than veggies. I have, however, consistently had trouble with two or three of my pods being duds. No sprouts or anything. Disappointing in that regard.

It’s great
It is perfect for growing lettuce. When the first crop was ready I cut a weeks worth of lettuce and it continued to grow ready for the next week. I was able to harvest 4 times so far. The only difficulty I have with it is the light is so bright that it can’t be in the same living area in the evening or night. Solved the problem by putting a large box over it in the evening and removing in the morning. Could also have moved it to another room by itself, but I like watching it grow.

Great gift
Gift to my wife's sister. She is enjoying it and already harvesting her herbs. We have had an Aerogarden for years. She admired ours, so we got one for her.
