Rated 4 out of 5 by from Need drainage system I bought this stand a year ago. It is a good sturdy stand, however I had to drill holes in the base because it collects water and the pole was getting rusty.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turn over Bought this item approx. 2 years ago. Each yr. it didn't hold down the umbrella that was sold with it. Kept blowing over until umbrella bent.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from More of a weapon. Couldn’t hold up air. Ring fell off before I could take off the plastic. The kids and elderly nearly lost toes because the umbrella could not create a tight connection. Waste. Of. Money.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not So Good Not good quality. Cheaply built. Umbrella was not securely held. It leaned and titled. Disappointed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lite Weight Purchased 2 years ago with the 9' umbrella as was shown on tv. It is not heavy enough to hold the umbrella up right in even a light breeze. Used for 1 season with patio bricks piled on top to keep it from falling over even seated through a small patio table!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nice concept but it doesn't work Bought this and an umbrella for a Fourth of July party we had. (This is the stand that supposedly went with the umbrella, M45568). However, after close to an hour, my husband wasn't any closer to getting the stand together. The parts did not fit together and the pole of the umbrella got stuck halfway down into the stand. Needless to say, neither were usable for the party. The colorful umbrella would have looked great in our lanai too. I am sure at another time, my husband will continue working with it and by adding his own parts, will make it usable. But it should not be this difficult. I should have paid attention to all the negative comments.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed After limited use the stand no longer holds the umbrella properly. I have to add weight to the base with blocks for stability. Sadly, this is the most I have ever paid for an umbrella stand and the quality is no better than much cheaper stands.
