Very beautiful tree! Perfectly proportioned!
I have a room with cathedral ceilings but limited space so I wanted a 9 foot tree. The problem is most "slim" trees are still 40+ inches at the bottom which is too wide. Other "pencil" trees are too straight with the bottom not flaring out at all (which to me looks unbalanced). This tree is just the perfect combination of slimness with good shape. The frosted tips and pine cones create a rich fullness rarely found with other artificial trees. Yes, this tree will shed glitter and it does take time to fluff out each branch but all of my previous trees required that as well.

Perfect!
I read other reviews on this tree by Valerie, including one that was critically overboard. The proportion and decorations on this tree are perfect. The glistening on branches with the pine cones was such a great idea by Valerie! Its so nice that's there's no need to really add any other decorations, except perhaps a tree topper, but the tree is a Stunner. There is some work with fluffy out branches, but you can do that a bit at a time if you put up soon enough, say, the day after Thanksgiving for instance. It won't take long. There are lots of the sparkles that go on the floor, just be as gentle as you can as that goes with ANY Christmas decorations (for the most part) with added sparkles. It is perfect as a second tree in the house, especially the foyer if you want something in that space for the holidays!

Perfect tree
I hesitated to order this tree because the lights are just steady on with no other functions but it was the very best price for a slim flocked 9' tree I found so I decided I could always add other lights if I wanted. I have not needed to add other lights & the tree actually just needs minimal decorating because it so beautiful! The flocking is perfect-not too heavy & does not leave a big mess. The pine cones in the tree are just icing on the cake! I love being able to have a 9' tree without the diameter being between 4-5'. This tree is around 30" in diameter & absolutely perfect. I have ordered many things from the Q but write very few reviews-I had to write one for this tree because it's a real stand out!!

Nice tree
Purchased the 9' tree to place in my living room. It was very easy to assemble; however, please wear gloves, glasses and mask. There are very fine glitter particles that may irritate your lungs and eyes. I used Martha Stewart's gardening gloves and washed right after. If you do not like glitter (silver) do not purchase this tree...yes, you will have glitter on the floor, in your hair on your clothes/skin after you are finished fluffing. If this is part of your holiday (as it is mine...let's face it...glitter makes the holidays sparkle)..then go for it. This tree does not need one decoration added to it, it will hold it's own. If you plan on decorating the branches are strong enough to hold bigger ornaments. Last point, the top portion of the 9' tree does not have hinged branches (they are all flattened to the center of the tree...so not totally 'ready' shape). I don't recall the hosts mentioning this detail.

Stunning!
This is my first purchase from Valerie Par Hill. When the tree arrived today I took it out of the box and assembled the entire tree in five minutes! The lights worked when I stepped on the button. No fuss at all. I took additional time to space out the branches perfectly. This tree is majestic and gorgeous! There is very little fallout from the glitter and none of the flocking came off. It is very well made and just stunning without the ornaments. The pinecones sparkle. I am so thankful for this beautiful tree. I need another one! Please bring the 9 ft. back next year!

Every branch/tip had to be fluffed, which took well over an hour !!!!
It truly looked like a “Charlie Brown” tree (pre-fluff)
