Finally! Delicious, healthy food!
I love this book. The recipes are excellent and not very difficult to make. I cook out of this book at least 3 times a week, and have loved everything! I too like this better than Eat What You Love because I am not a fan of using processed substitutes for sweetener, dairy, etc. I highly recommend this book and know it is playing a huge role in my journey to better health. Thanks so much Gina! This is not diet food-- this is delicious, healthy food for the rest of your life.
This cookbook has a lot of easy to prepare and doesn.t require alot of extra food shopping.Most people have the ingredients in their house.good buy.The food recipes that

My new favorite cookbook
I really like this cookbook. Pictures of the finished product are beautiful, Skinny Scoop hints are very useful and the recipes are tasty. I like this cookbook far better than the "Eat What You Love ..." series of cookbooks because the desserts are made with natural sweeteners like maple sugar and honey or less sugar and not artificial sweeteners. This cookbook would make a great gift for anyone on your list who loves to cook on the light side. Thank you, David, for recommending this cookbook.

My husband and I really enjoy this cookbook. It has great recipes and equally lovely pictures. We really enjoyed the stuffed peppers with quinoa.

This cookbook is fantastic. Since I have received the cookbook a week ago I have made 5 recipes and every one of them delicious and packed with flavor. My husband has given thumbs up to all especially for the flavor!
I haven't yet tried any recipes in the book but they all look DELICIOUS!

I am very disappointed in the book Think I am returning it I thought it was like the web site with all those W.W recipes
I got this cookbook two days ago and I already made the Slow Cooker Mexican Carnitas for a potluck at work. They went over great and they tasted fabulous! I especially liked that they are low fat and low calorie but you can't tell by the taste. I didn't feel guilty for eating it. There are some recipes that seem kind of common sense or things that we do already but there are a lot of recipes that I had never even thought of and sound delicious!
