Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Writer! I have every book Eric has written. While I find this book helpful for all my copper chef products, I hope Eric will read this!!! I have purchased Eric's air fryer oven because I love the fact that this one product does it all! It came on sale last Sunday at QVC but I already have his wonder product!Eric indicated he is in process of writing a book for this product. Eric, please make this a down to earth common foods book! Leave the fancy names for another day! Let us know how to cook common foods in your new wonder!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Incomplete Recipes Wanted to like the 5 piece set and the cookbook that I ordered along with it, but recipes are just too vague, I believe there are ingredients missing from them. I admit I am not a chef like Eric, but after cooking for my family for 41 years, I know what I need to add to make things tasty. Sorry Eric, sticking to my old falling apart cookbook that Grandma gave me a long time ago. Back then the women could turn a single item into a 7 course meal.
