"How to Roast Everything" Cookbook by America's Test Kitchen is rated 3.4 out of 5 by 12.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Wrong path book What I wanted is a cookbook with simple roasting recipes (basic). After working all day I do not want to go to length to cook. What would have been nice is maybe two recipes for the same food (asparagus). For example roasting asparagus a simple olive oil and some herbs and second more complex with a sauce recipe.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from USELESS What a waste of money! The ITKWD presentation came across so good; in reality not so good, unfortunately. Waited too long to return it - another donation!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed Not what I was expecting. For some reason, I thought it would be more simple basic recipes. For some reason, I find this to much. If it wasn't so much trouble, I would return it. :( All I really want to know is, how do you simply roast vegetables and some meats. :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Cookbook! I really like this cookbook and find it informative, and appreciate the photos and details on how to prepare the recipes. It also has numerous recipes that work well for WW and I can easily figure out the smart points. Thank you for bringing this cookbook to QVC..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just for Roasting! I am so happy with this book, I love the Test Kitchen show and although I am a very good cook, I really needed help and guidance with roasting, especially meats. This is a VERY easy to follow and explains why recipes work. I trust that they have been VERY tested first. I have a lot of cookbooks by famous cooks, and most of the recipes in them I would never make. Sometimes I think they just need to fill up their cookbooks with recipes. Not this one by Test Kitchen. These are very basic, easy have on hand ingredients, and explains perfectly. I have already made two recipes from this book and have been very pleased. I highly recommend, especially for new cooks, and even cooks like myself at age 66. I will probably order one for my daughter as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from More than a Cookbook Not only does this have lots of recipes with corresponding photos, it is a great instructional book. It tells you WHY you take the steps they recommend. I am 62 years old and have enjoyed cooking for years. I learned new things on the first recipe which turned out just like the picture. I am very pleased.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from How to Roast everything by Americas Test Kitchen Wonderful book, thorough but simple, love the illustrations/pictures, Price was great. Not sure if I will keep or give to daughter since she and her husband are wonderful home cooks and entertain a lot since they live in the Sonoma County/Santa Rosa Wine Country.
