The best part are the ittle encouraging blurbs about how many more calories you'd be eating if you got the same dish out in the world - makes you feel like you're losing weight/being healthy just by reading the recipes!! Well written, clear information and instructions, and great photos. A winner!

This cookbook gives the points for the new WW point system. The recipes are very tasty and easy to modify to individual tastes. I have used many recipes already and have many more already marked to try.

I really can eat mostly naked poultry but these recipes give me some newer ideas with lower calories than my traditional recipes. I already own several of Marlene Koch's cookbooks.
