The best part are the ittle encouraging blurbs about how many more calories you'd be eating if you got the same dish out in the world - makes you feel like you're losing weight/being healthy just by reading the recipes!! Well written, clear information and instructions, and great photos. A winner!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this cookbook! My daughter and I both rejoined Weight Watchers after several years of gradually developing some bad eating habits. This cookbook gives the points for the new WW point system. The recipes are very tasty and easy to modify to individual tastes. I have used many recipes already and have many more already marked to try.

I really can eat mostly naked poultry but these recipes give me some newer ideas with lower calories than my traditional recipes. I already own several of Marlene Koch's cookbooks.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Tasty Recipes-WW be careful I have cooked several recipes from this book since I purchased it. All have been quick, easy, and quite tasty! However, if you are a person who uses the WW point system beware. I have checked each recipe before I cooked it by checking the points in the WW app. Several recipes are off by a couple points (the recipe shows LOWER points value. It should be higher). That is the reason I am knocking my rating down to 4 stars. Otherwise, buy it and enjoy some wonderful new recipes!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Best Cook Book for Watching your Weight I have all of Marlene's cook books. I love many of the recipes. However, since that point plan has revised their way of counting points, I do not know the new point count for some of my favorite recipes, such as Turkey Taco Soup. Also, if you give slow cooker directions for some recipes, could you also give pressure cooker directions for those recipes. Many of us have electric pressure cookers and LOVE them.
