Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Dress Not just beautiful, it fits perfect. It may be feel sexy but jet conservative. Fabric, pattern colors are just fabulous. All my friends asking where I gat it from so they can one too. This is the first time I ordered dress from Renee and don’t regretted, will do it again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Two BAD defects!! I ordered 3 maxi dresses same day--2 at reg. price, & this "as is" dress. The other 2 didn't work at all (fit.. ugly-ugly color in person.. etc). Hating to send back ALL 3, since the "as is" did at least fit well, I was determined to keep it, in spite of two bad defects: #1. The dress was golden-tan & black, yet the jacket was not black, but an odd shade of blue--slightly deeper than medium blue but not even close to Navy. They COMPLETELY clashed w/each other!! (No one, unless color blind, would wear these together!) #2. On the front of the dress, over the stomach area, there was a "loose" WHITE THREAD, woven right into the fabric; additionally, a half inch from that was a powder-blue thread woven in! (Obviously the 2 reasons it had been returned, & was an "As Is.") I tried to find ANYTHING in my closet w/which to wear that odd-shade-of-blue jkt, but had nothing. My dry cleaner has an alteration lady who can (tediously) take out "air-born threads from the weavers," she calls it, OR, dye them to match the rest of the fabric. (She has done it a couple Xs for me, before.) I called Customer Service to see if they would credit me for the charge of doing this, or else simply credit me a bit of "spendable cash" b/c of the defects in the dress... not to mention a jacket that couldn't be worn w/the dress, nor anything else in my closet. Cust. Service told me that if I didn't like the dress, to return it, but that they would not issue me "spendable cash" in any amount. I told her that I had been a customer for 30 YEARS (she could see that the first digit of my 8-digit customer number was a ZERO), and that I felt they should and could do right by me on this, if they just would. In a stern voice, she simply re-stated that I could return it, but that she would not give me any credit b/c of the defects. I have never been treated this way by Hsn, ever, and I just hate that Qvc & Hsn have now teamed up together (someway or other-??)! What a way to treat a 30-year faithful customer; I am virtually a "charter member!"
