Rated 5 out of 5 by Fabulous Cookbook I bought this cookbook, and have given it away already as a gift for my best friend ~ so I am ordering a second book for myself. The pie recipes are really good ~ but I especially like all the extra information people need about pie-making. This cookbook exceeds the standards of what a cookbook should be. It is an outstanding resource with encyclopedic information with just about anything you need to know about pies. Thanks so much. 10-13-16
