Rated 5 out of 5 by from Must Have We really like this book Instructional steps for me, details for both of us, and the finished photos. My husband reads cookbooks like novels. We both appreciate the nutritional information Calories, Fat, Cholesterol, Carbohydrates, Fiber, Sugar, Protein …what is missing is Sodium Small printing aside, I need a magnifier at 50 – he is fine at 80, while it is a pretty color, we both agree the type coloring is an issue, just one-shade darker reads better, blue, or brown ink. First recipe we used in our new NuWave 3-qt Brio Digital Air Fryer K377467 Crunchy Buttery Cod with Ritz Cracker Crust pg 185, we had Club Snack crackers so delicious and lightly crusted This book will help us have fun with our air fryer.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I love it... But I absolutely love this cookbook. The recipes are wonderful, they're easy to follow, the illustrations are beautiful. However the print in the index & instructions is too small and the light grey makes it almost impossible to read. It's hard to see. I have every intention of reordering this book if I find out when she does her second print of it that the ink is darker. Whoever thinks that using gray is a is good idea is wrong. And so is smaller print. I remember the same thing happened to one of David Venable's cookbooks and on the second printings they darkened the ink color which made it perfect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from There are some yummy ideas in this cookbook!!! I ordered this cookbook when I ordered my Air Fryer! I have made the meatloaf so far and it was great. I have air fried frozen French fries and frozen meatballs and it works great! I will be going through the Air Fry Genius cookbook and trying everything that looks good. The cookbook and the air fryer are just so perfect for cooking for one or two people! There are lots of snacky things in the cookbook. If you have grandkids, this would be handy!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from For a master chef This book is really lovely, great photos, probably delicious dishes... but for an older couple with only amateur cooking skills....and not nearly all those ingredients in my cupboard,,, we found this book to be just too much.... We are trying but so far we have used our air fryer only for heating frozen foods.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from air fry genius I received cook book and was so very disappointed - print was way to small and to many receipts - felt like I was reading a novel not cook book - not geared to every day eating had book in my hands 10 min. and went to post office to return
