this was always one of my all time favorite gifts to share . . i'm sorry to see it go . . . i bought one for my daughter and myself . . . my daughter passed away two years ago and i am thankful that i now have her earrings also , along with the little silver safekeeper box that they came in . . . she wore these earrings for her engagement pictures and they were 'young, lovely and elegant' . . . . i had hoped to pick up a few more today for friends but unfortunately it's all sold out . . .thank you for the sweet memories . . my friends also loved these earrings . .

Hi. I have hundreds of Carolyn Pollack, Barbara Bixby, Native American jewelry, and was so thrilled when Lori Greiner came out with the beautiful sets of cases (silver - some with a jewel on top, some shaped like a shell, some like hearts, et.). I kept many, and I'm telling you MANY. I also gave MANY to relatives, friends, co-workers, etc. as gifts. NOW.. all, and I of the boxes have become horribly pitted. My friends are calling complaining, etc. And the pitting is GROWING. WHAT DO I DO?????? How many other QVC customers have the same problem?Thanks, Linda

Love Lori's Silver Safekeepers
This is my third safekeeper box by Lori Greiner. I have not had this one very long. They all look lovely on my dresser! They do require a going over with a silver cleaning cloth now and then to bring back their shiny silver appearance, they almost tarnish as if they were made of sterling! The jewelry inside the boxes do not tarnish, as advertised. I would recommend any of Lori's little silver boxes. Each one is a beauty.

beautiful box
bought this for the box and it is stunning. i separated the earrings from the box, and gave them as a gift to a teen who loved the earrings. the box is a great present in itself as it is lined and will keep jewelry from tarnishing,.it is made well and the bow on the top looks real. a beautiful box which you can give alone, put another piece of jewelry in or just give it with the earrings inside.

Tarnished Almost Immediately
I have 2 of the heart shaped boxes and 1 with the flower on top and the silver-tone is just as shiney as when I purchased them (some time ago). However this particular box began to take on a brownish-yellowey cast after a very short time. I have tried to restore it to it's original color with various products but saw no difference at all. Also, the safe-keepers do keep your silver clean, but you cannot fit many pieces in any of them.

Gave this safekeeper and [keepsake] to my girlfriend for all those years of putting up with me. She laughed so much -she said she loved the whole thing.

Great gift
I have several of these boxes in different styles and love them. I picked up several of the boxes with earrings as gifts and everyone I give them to are very impressed with the box and the earrings. Mine sits on my dresser and no tarnish-a little dust.

GREAT GIFT IDEA
I BOUGHT THIS BEAUTIFUL BOW BOX KEEPER AND THE ROSE WHEN THEY FIRST CAME OUT MANY YEARS AGO AND WAS VERY IMPRESSED AND STILL AM. THE EARRINGS NOT SO MUCH BUT SEEING HOW I BOUGHT THEM FOR JUST THE BOXES IT DIDN'T MUCH MATTER TO ME. I HAVE THEM BOTH OUT SITTING ON MY BATHROOM SINK AND OVER THE YEARS I MUST HAVE SPLASHED WATER ON THEM AT LEAST ONCE AND THEN ARE STILL HOLDING UP AND LOOKING GREAT. SO WHEN I SAW THEMON CLEARANCE I KNEW I HAD TO PICK UP A FEW MORE FOR CHRISTMAS GIFTS. I THINK THET ARE TOP QUALITY.

Simply beautiful!
Purchased the 'gift box' and 'rose' style silver safekeeper gift boxes several years ago, and to this day both look brand new. No tarnishing whatsoever on either one.
I am extremely surprised to see a few other comments on tarnishing on these... as mine are absolutely beautiful, shiney, and look 'new'.
Do not hesitate ... this is really nice.

These earrings and box are a wow.....I opened the box from the mail and said just that wow.....so gorgeous and what a deal....I plan to keep the earrings and give the box as a gift because it is stunning itself....great deal....and pretty....

EARRINGS CHINTZY~BOX TARNISHED!!!
I bought this for one of my daughters a few years back. The earrings were so chintzy that I gave her the silvertone gift box with a better quality pair of silver earrings that I found on qvc.com. It wasn't long however before the silvertone box tarnished and looked very cheap. I was so embarrassed that I no longer trust anything from Lori Greiner. I hate leaving negative comments. But even if this were free...BUYER BEWARE!!!

I bought the rose box years ago because I love roses. I have not had any problems with it at all. I use it when I am too lazy to put my silver jewlery away. It has never tarnished. The only thing I do do is take a q-tip and use it to clean the interior of the petals. I don't know about the earrings because I wanted the box. I really like it and it looks great on my dresser.
