Santa's Best 7.5' Upswept Fraser Fir with EZ Power & Tri-Function
Returned, lights malfunctioned
Most attractive artificial tree we've ever had, but, two weeks into use the lights stopped working on the tree. Returned.
Just right tree
This was my second year with this tree, and it has been a great choice for me. Husband is now disabled, so a setting up a natural tree or a large artificial one were not going to work for me. It is so simple to set up and take down, and both years I've been able to put it back into the original box for storage. Bungee cords help keep the box closed, but it is a manageable size and weight for me to move up and down to the basement. I love having the choice of white, colored or changing color lights. Two light bulbs did not go on this year, and when I got around to testing them, I only had to replace one of them to get both to light. I'm paring down some of the excess of tree ornaments we had, and this tree is still large enough to hang all the ones we love now, and has room to add a few more.
I had this tree for ONE YEAR ! This last Christmas I had to do without a tree since this one failed to light the top 2 tiears. the connections simply did not Connect. I donated it to GoodWill. What a waste $250
Santa's Best? NOT !!! I will get live trees and string my own lights like I used to do back in the day.. Very Disappointed. One Year = $250 Yikes.
Not Thrilled With It.
It looks much nicer on TV. The branches aren't adjustable and it does not hold some of my ornaments. The branches will droop down. I am keeping the tree only because it is too much of a hassle to return and my husband likes it now that the ornaments are on it.
Love My Tree
Better than expected. Please keep making this brand so I can sell my friends, family and neighbors on this one, LOVE LOVE LOVE
The tree fell right into place, the lights are georgous, and the tree its self is very pretty..
I had alittle problem getting the lights for the top piece kite up,, but after I found what to do, it was simple..
Over all, I would recommend this tree,.. Its beautiful..
The Remote is a plus...
Lights never worked
From the moment we put this tree up the lights never worked correctly.
Others love this tree, but it didn't do the job for my family.
It was too bad because the shape of the tree is beautiful.
The tree does look nice, however it does have a few barer spots but we just filled it with large ornaments.
It was easy to assemble but it was heavy and took both of us to lift the large section into place, and to bring it in to the house was a challenge;
We have tried the remote control and this did not work, we assumed it was the battery and purchased a set at our local Radio Shack, sorry to say it still does not work.
To send the whole tree back for this one little problem is not even a option. It would have been nice for it to have worked.
Warranty is a Joke
I purchased this tree last year and now have pulled out the tree this year and several strands of lights just flicker and several of lights in random sections do not light even when new bulbs are replaced. After 45 minutes on the phone with Santa's Best customer service and taking apart all of the connections no resolution to the problem of the flickering and the unlit bulbs. I am told the warranty only covers them sending me new light strands. So I purchased an already lit tree so I don't have to worry about the lights and now I have to unstring and restring strands of lights and hope they look as good as the rest of the tree.
Couldn't be happier with this beautiful Christmas tree! It was so easy to put together. Several friends came by before I could decorate the tree, they all said the same thing, it didn't even need decorations!! It was even more beautiful after I decorated it. I have never received so many compliments on my tree. I can't wait to put it up this Christmas.
I purchased one of the trees 2 years ago. On the second Christmas I had 3 string of lights go out. I did all the checks to see if I could get the lights to work again, I could not. I contacted Bethlehem lighting about the problem. They were willing to fix the tree, but I had to send the tree back at my cost. The cheapest I could find was $200 to send it back. I did not send it back. I'm not spending another $200 to fix a $300 tree. They were going to send me three strings to fix it myself. I never received the lights. Be careful. Just know what it will cost you if you have a problem.
I was very disappointed in the tree I received .After setting it up I noticed a few lights were burned out. When I tried to replace them I noticed a short in the bottom section. So it got repacked and returned as soon as possible..That is alot of money to pay for a disfunctional item.
