Calista Tools Perfecter Pro Grip Heated Round Brush & Bag
JUST LOVE THIS
I was a little skeptical at first but after I used it for the first time, I was hooked. I had my hair cut short and could not do anything with it. Luckily, the next day I received my brush. When I first used it, I sprayed my hair a little, let it dry, and then styled. Even the next morning, if you don't have time to use the brush, all you have to do is tease your hair a little and it still looks great!!
Nothing exceptional and would probably return, but do love that it doesn't get hot and so no more burns. For that reason alone, I am keeping. Just think it should be at least half the price. Hope it lasts for this price.

I sent this to my daughter as a gift a month ago but told her to save all the packaging because I bought the older version last year and it has already stopped working and it only had a 60 day warranty for some reason. We'll see if this one lasts longer.

I so beyond annoyed. This is my second Calista Tools disappointment. The Perfecter arrived yesterday and I just could not wait to try it. I pugged it in and yes it lit up, blinked and DIED!! Yes, that's right, almost dead on arrival. Could not get this product to turn back on.
So its off to the post office to return the Perfecter after not even getting to use it!!!
I would not even give this product one star but I must in order for this review to be submitted.
This came to me broken. The little screen didn't work and
It is the only way to see if it is on or off. Even the cheapest
Curling irons have that! Most even turn off by themselves
If left on and not in use. This is a cheap joke! Don't waste
I loved it until...
I loved this tool, got the original as a TSV. After a few months the teeth started breaking off. I only have 1 row that has all the teeth. Most are missing at least 50%. I can still use it, but without all the teeth it just doesn't work as well. Has anyone else had this problem?
Not What I Expected
I used this on my mom who has thick graying hair and my fine long blond hair and neither of use got the curl we were expecting. I even went online to review the YouTube videos on its use to ensure that I was using the tool correctly. I should have returned the product but waited too long. I guess I'll give it away to someone who desires a more loose type of curl to their hair. When will I learn that a plain old curling iron works best.
It's great when it works!
I've had this Perfector for three month's and it's already stopped working. The heating element shuts off constantly. Now, I've found out that I have to send it back and include $19.99 to cover return postage and handling. Whether I'll receive a replacement remains to be seen. It's frustrating because I liked using it and how smooth it made my hair look.

I purchased the 1" one year ago and really liked it; however, it has quit working. Way too expensive for a short timer. Thank goodness I still have my old store purchased brush that just keeps on working.
Love Love Love !
I have the 1.5 inch for medium very fine shoulder chin length hair. It's the only tool I can use that gives me shine and volume as if I just had my hair professionally blow dried.
I have short hair and it's great it leaves my hair soft and shinning no more hurting my hand with a big round brush
Great tool for my short fine hair
I hesitated on getting this, but I am really glad that I changed my mind and went for it. This tool does a great job of providing badly needed volume to my short style. It is especially successful when used after putting the Wen styling cream on my hair. I would really like to have the option of a smaller barrel too. Maybe the 3/4 would work. I would actually buy them both. The 3/4 would be handy when I first get my hair trimmed and it is a little on the shorter side. But, for now, I am very happy with the results. My sister was visiting me recently and she used mine one morning and then went home and purchased her own! I gave it 4 stars because it is a little too large to use on the nape of my neck and the sides.
