I find this eyeliner and mascara to be very flaky. The lip and cheek products are good and something I might order by itself.

Great Products!
All the products in this kit are great and I enjoy using them on a daily basis. The negative reviews on the blush is a result of application. I dot the gel blush on my checks and then use a makeup sponge to blot it and it turns out perfect and is the most "natural" blush that I have ever used. The only reason I gave this kit 4 stars is because the eyeliner comes without a brush to apply it with.

I Love This Kit!!
I cannot believe all of the negative reviews I have read. This is high end makeup, and therefore, not like your department store junk! Sorry-stuff.
The blush is great for me as I have very dry skin-it gives my face a lovely glow. It can also be applied with a light or a heavier hand. This way, you can adjust the color to your skin tone.
The lip toner/moisturizer is awesome-again, you can apply it very light, or very dark. It then goes with most skin tones.
The eyeliner is just awesome, and comes in full size!! That alone is worth the cost of the gift! I am a makeup junkie, so I have a ton of different brushes at home. I think even a cheaper brush would work with this product, it is that good!
The mascara is the best I have ever used. It can clump if I try to use too much, but a couple of coats make it look like you have false eyelashes on!! I have never found the perfect mascara till now!
Great products from a great company-and they are all natural! That is the most important aspect, plus they are NOT tested on animals!!

Not good, just cheap!
The products don't seem real to me! They are for kids! The lip stuff looks like a cheap plastic toy I had in my makeup kit when I was five. The cheek stuff was soooo gross! It was sticky and gooey, not what I was expecting. I was extremely disappointed! I wanted to give this as a gift, but no way could I give this to anyone over the age of ten without being embarrassed about it. The one star can only be for the price, but unfortunately sometimes you have to believe in, you get what you pay for. I like to try new things, how will I really know what's great if I haven't tried them all. So, now I KNOW this is NOT the great stuff!

WHAT'S NOT TO LOVE!!!!
I totally love this set! First of all for those who are put off my the eye liner coming with out a brush, remember you are getting 4 full size products for under $25!!!! Some brushes cost about that much. Second the tart quality is far above the average. I bought this as a gift, liked it so much that I purchased one for me! To those who poo-pooed about this set may not have known about higher end makeup, which this most certainly is. Very well done tart!!! hope to see more sets like this. Love the make up, the eye liner and the lip stain. Under lipstick or by it's self with a gloss is all you need! Now if they can only come up with a waterproof mascara, that would be awesome!!!

Only slightly impressed
I bought it for the eyeliner since the demonstration was so impressive but I didn't realize the brush did not come with it. I didn't want to have to buy a brush so I gave the eyeliner and blush to my daughter. The only product in the kit I used was the mascara, which is good, but it ended up being a very expensive mascara since I gave everything else away.

A good sample tester
I am finding more and more tarte products that I like, and I bought this with the idea of being able to try small sizes of 4 more products. I do like all these products, but especially the lip stain pencil. I live in the desert and have a problem keeping my lips moisturized...this stain does a really great job. I have been a regular user of another tarte mascara and found I really like this one, too. I plan to buy these two tarte products in the future.

Mascara is best part of kit.
I had used the mascara before and loved it so I wanted to try other tarte products. Soooo disappointed that the eye liner did not come with a brush. I was looking forward to wearing it and still haven't because I need to buy a brush. I like the blush, although a little sticky. The lip stain is not the right color for me at all.

Great Products
I love the eyeliner! It is AMAZING! The other products are ok. I don't see what the hype is about the mascara or the other products. I mean i use them, but the eyeliner holds up to everything you can throw at it!!!

not so happy
I bought it to see what all the fever was about amazon liner. I wasn't impressed. I thought that the lip stuff was good, though the wrong color for me my 13 year old grandaughter loved it. I also gave her the mascara and cheek color. No brush for the liner, it REALLY needs it's own. All in all I would not buy this brand or these products again. Size was unbelievably small.

Wonderful mascara
I hope it comes in full size. I liked the lip and cheek colors too. They had nice soft and smooth textures.
