SMOKIN' ! Just got this today. It is my first eye shadow purchase from Smashbox, although I've used other products in the line. I have been using B.E. shadows for years, but just feel like I suddenly need something with a little more pop, esp. for smokey eyes. I have always idolized Holly and wished I could achieve her makeup looks, so I took a chance. I am AMAZED at the quality of this shadow. If you touch it, even though it is a powder, it almost feels velvety or creamy. It is HIGHLY pigmented, so a little goes a long way. There are so many different smokey looks you can achieve from this, and you don't have to be a genius. Even though I learned makeup artistry as an aesthetician, the smokey eye was always a problem for me to achieve well...until now. This palette is very versatile and you can even use the darkest colors as liners. Due to my profession, I have tried just about everything on the market and I have to say these Photo Op shadows may be the best I have come across. I will definitely be purchasing more colors! There are no applicators with this, so you will need makeup brushes to apply. Note To QVC: Post a video so we can see how to get the looks! 11-05-11
