I love this cycle...I just wish the base was a little lower so that my daughter could use it comfortably...she's only 4'10....
Rated 5 out of 5 by xavier236 I actually assembled it!!!!
I received it yesterday. I am a 70 year old female who lives alone and I am having trouble walking so this looks like a good alternative. Things I learned putting this together (I only READ directions when all else fails...)
1. Find the You Tube video on assembling this model. Watch it again and again.
2. When it arrives, open it on a table or big counter. It will kill your knees to work on the floor.
3. Very important: remove the base so you can screw in the 4 screws that connect the two major parts. My fingers are long but too fat to reach through those holes.
4. Watch the You Tube Video!!!!
I am 5'9. It seems high enough and quite sturdy.

I'm 51 and stand 5.4. No problem getting astride or balancing. The lack of back support and handlebars requires better posture and core strengthening. I think it's perfect. Assembled easily, well made and no problems with overall quality. Requires so little space and easy to move around.

It really is a nice piece of equipment. Made sturdy. It is just that all you do is pedal. I have seen other things with other ranges of motions for the same price or less that I now wish I had the money I spent on this to be able to purchase those.. and they are right on QVC website. Wish I could do an exchange.

Loved the size. was unable to keep my balance on it. pedaled maybe 3or4 times and the colored part were the pedal goes in, the seam was cracked. Going back.

Since receiving this bike I have been on it every day. Love It! The only fault I see is with the design. The resistance knob is on the back lower part. In order to increase or decrease the resistance during a exercise session you have to stop peddling, get off the bike, go to the back of the machine, bend down, turn the resistance knob to what you want and then walk back to the front, get back on and continue. I usually change the resistance twice during a session...after warming up and then to cool down. Other than this... Love IT.

I was a little skeptical about this exercise bike but I figured I owed it to my self to give it a try. I was greatly surprised how easily it was for me to assemble the bike by my self. I have had a recumbent bike but it caused pain in my knees but the sitNcycle causes NO pain to my knees. Now I watch tv sitting on my bike riding my day away. It tells me how fast I am going, how far I have peddled and how many calories I have burnt off. The bike is everything they say and more.

I finally found a piece of exercise equipment that I faithfully used every day. Within a few months it started making noise in one pedal and loosened up. My husband attempted to tighten it but pedal eventually pulled off. QVC was wonderful and allowed me to return it and I purchased another one hoping it would be better. Sadly the same thing happened. Just watched a presentation and see that it is a new model. Would love it but don't know if they have addressed the problem with loose pedals that so may of us experienced. Assembly was difficult. Easy to strip screws. Hope they read reviews and fix the problems! I miss this.
