Not Worth This Amount Of Money
I am not impressed! I have wood and tile floors and it picks up small items like dust mostly but if you have even a tiny bug little food particle on the floor it won't pick it up ! For the amount of money you spend this thing should keep you from having to sweep but its only good for quick pick ups not deep cleaning item! Which is a rip off since you pay almost 300 dollars for it!

Not Happy
I was very disappointed in this item. I have a Dyson DC25 that I absolutely love so I was surprised when this vacuum was not up to par.

Handles 2 German Shepherds & a cat!!
Probably my best QVC purchase yet! This thing NEVER loses suction!! I have 2 German Shepherds, a cat, and I have very long hair myself. This dyson is awesome. I committed myself to "15 minutes of cleaning" every day after work and this was going to be my go-to. The battery lets me clean all 3 large hardwood rooms downstairs and all of the throw rugs, then all of the carpeted steps, and my upstairs hallway and a quick pass through the upstairs bathroom before I run out of battery! I actually enjoy this as an "everyday vacuum." It's not for the deep, once a month or every few week cleaning that I do upstairs and in all of the bedrooms, but it keeps me from having to lug around that big heavy thing ever 2-3 days! Yes, this is an expensive purchase (though I got it when it was the TSV), but it's absolutely sold me on the power of Dyson, and the necessity of an everyday vacuum! Dyson, you've won over a new customer, and when you Animal upright is the TSV, the hubby says we'll be picking that up, too!! EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT BUY!! Oh, and thanks for the 5 easy payments, QVC!!

Ok while it lasted
This vac lasted 2 years but stopped working a week after my warranty was up so unfortunately I can't do anything about that. It worked well although the battery life was pretty short and the suction wasn't great in the last few months. I'm back to using my $20 vac and it's not so bad so I'll stick with that for now.

Too expensive for short life & little power.
It only keeps charge about 6 minutes. It also is not very powerful. Would not buy again. I've seen small vac's with much more pick up power.

Great power for a cordless
Having cats and a parrot, I have been through many cordless vacuums through the years. I have never been happy with any of them, so I finally decided to give this one a try thanks to the easy pay option. I've had it for a few months now, and it works great. I use it daily, and it easily picks up feathers, birdseed and kitty litter. My only complaint is having to hold down a button to keep it running. If it had an on/off switch that didn't require you to constantly hold it down, I would rate it 5 stars.

Easty, Lightweight and WORKS!
This vacuum is so handy and easy to use. It is great for everyday quick clean ups. I use it on my hardwood floors and bathroom floors right before I steam mop with my haan. The combination of these two products makes floor cleaning much easier, faster, and does a GREAT job!

Great Vacuum
I've used my Dyson now for about 1 month. I love it. It is so easy to take out of the holder and use. It recharges quickly. I think it picks up very well. Don't try to pick up shredder overflow papers. They clog the tube and very difficult to remove.
The reason for 4 stars is the lack of an on & off button. Holding the trigger gets tiresome. I did not read the reviews before purchasing and I see now that this is a problem for other people. But otherwise I will continue to use it almost every day.

Good for quick cleanup
I have a Dyson canister and a Rainbow, but bought this because I needed something easy for everyday use on my hardwood floors. It is strong for a cordless, but know that it won't replace your regular vacuum cleaner. I'm giving this 4 stars because while I feel it's a great cordless vacuum for everyday quick cleanups (its purpose), it's a bit high priced for what your getting and the small vacuum head attachment doesn't do a good job. I would also not recommend this vacuum for carpet cleaning. It's great for hard surfaces. Can't beat it for convenience when you just need a quick cleanup.

The Best
I wanted one for a long time and finally got it and couldn't be happier. I have a 2300 square foot house and one charge covers whole house. Always ready and helps with allergies. Buy it.

I like mine
I think this is a great and convenient vacuum. I love not having to drag the big one out. I find myself reaching for this one more and more. No, it's not going to pick up all the hard core stuff the big one will and anyone who thought it would must be nuts. Yes, you have to hold the button down to power it but that is to save the charge so you don't accidentally use it all up. No, the charge doesn't last all day but its not made to do the whole house or really large jobs. I think its perfect for the small spills or messes I have daily. Plus it works great on the little area rugs that the big vacuum likes to almost suck up. I like it!! The charging wall mount is a major plus. Mine stays charged and ready to go!!

Great product!
This vacuum works great!No problems at all.I see that some people are complaining about the fact that you have to hold down the button.You have to realize that it was made that way so that you don't mistakingly leave it running while you move things out of the way,run to answer the phone etc.,and run the battery down.We use this to vacuum the dog hair off the tile kitchen floor and the wood floors in our other two rooms.It does not scatter the debris all over and does a great job picking up the hair!Have no problem with how long the battery last-15 minutes is plenty of time.Has never run out of power on us yet!
